Babies come home

Perrie pushes until the last baby slipped from her and she was glad when it was over for good, and she was not in any more pain

"Well, you got your girl babe," he says as he was cleaning out the new baby's mouth and nose so she could cry

Perrie was glad that she had her girl, and she was done having babies for awhile

"Here we go to mommy now baby girl," he says as he hands her the new baby

Perrie held the new baby, and she was in love with all three of her kids

"She looks like a Zara" Perrie says as she was looking at the baby that she had on her

"It seems she likes that name," he says as he was looking at her as she was going to get comfortable on mommy right now

Soon two nurses brought the boys over as the doctor finally came in to take care of the afterbirth right now cause Perrie was going to do pills to help get over the hump

"Zayn look at these cute babies," she says as she was looking at each of them

"Yeah, just as beautiful," he says as they kissed

Zara wanted to be held by daddy and Zayn was going to hold her for the time being

"Here we go to daddy sugar," she says as she passes the baby over, so he could hold Zara

Zara was happy when she was with daddy right now

"Well, she is a daddy girl like the others are," Perrie says as she was looking at Zara cause she was not wrapped up like her brothers were and she didn't have a diaper on either

"I hope she doesn't have any accidents," Perrie says as she was looking at him

"I think she peed on me," he says as he feels liquid on him

Perrie busted a gut cause that was too funny

(Hours later)

Perrie was moved into a room, and she was out for the count and Zayn was going to take the babies to the nursery so he could get some sleep cause he was really going to need it since he has three babies to take care of now and Perrie as well

"Night my little ones," he says as he takes all three down to the nursery

Zara wanted to stay with daddy and mommy as well

"You must have picked up tips from your sisters already," he says as he was going to take her back to the room and have her sleep with him and Zayn

(Room)

"Okay my little princess you get to sleep with me okay," he says as he looks at her cause he put a diaper on her so all he had to do was change her 

(Days later)

The girls decorated the house cause they were excited that there were three babies instead of two, so they were over the moon that they had another sister on top of their two brothers  

"The girls have balloons all over the house and banner galore for you and the babies my sisters and my mom is helping to cook the meal, and your mom and your sisters, and your bandmates are there as well cause Aqua loves to cook for some reason" he says as he was helping Perrie and Zara cause the boys went to have their surgery 

"Lovely" Perrie says as she was getting ready  

Perrie did her make-up while Zayn took care of the babies, and got them ready to go home 

(Parking garage)

"Perrie I'll get you in the van then I'll get everything, and everyone loaded" he says as he was going to help her into the van and then he was going to get the babies secured, and load up all her luggage that she had with her  

Perrie was glad to be in the van and she looked at Zayn as he loaded each of the babies in the van
