Part 3

The girls decorated the house cause they were excited that there were three babies instead of two, so they were over the moon that they had another sister on top of their two brothers 

"The girls have balloons all over the house and banner galore for you and the babies my sisters and my mom is helping cooking the meal, and your mom and your sisters, and your bandmates are there as well cause Aqua loves to cook for some reason" he says as he was helping Perrie and Zara cause the boys went to have their surgery

"Lovely" Perrie says as she was getting ready 

Perrie did her make-up while Zayn took care of the babies, and got them ready to go home

(Parking garage)

"Perrie I'll get you in the van then I'll get everything and everyone loaded" he says as he was going to help her into the van and then he was going to get the babies secured, and load up all her luggage that she had with her 

Perrie was glad to be in the van and she looked at Zayn as he loaded each of the babies in the van with care and he made sure that the car seat was secured before moving on to the next baby and before he put the stroller in the trunk he made sure that all of the car seats were secured before getting into the van to take Perrie and the babies home

"All of them are secured and asleep like angels" she says as she was looking at all of them

Zayn kissed her before driving home

"I'm glad we got back together and we have a great family" she says as they were going home

"Me too" he says as he pulls over to kiss her cause he could not kiss her while he was driving

Perrie checked on the babies and they were still asleep in their car seats so she got back up front while Zayn drove home

(House)

Zayn helped Perrie into the house and then he was going to bring all three babies into the house at once and he was going to put them in their swing so the party could get started and the girls could finally see and meet their siblings as well cause it was a big day for everyone involved

"Girls before you see or touch any of the babies I want you to wash your hands really good" Perrie says as she looked at the girls cause she didn't want the triplets to get sick

"Perrie they have been washing their hand throughout the day as they were cooking this hearty feast for you, Zayn and the babies" Perrie's mom says as she looked at her

"They cooked?" Zayn asks her

"Yeah the food is ready so when you guys are ready you guys can eat and get some food" Zayn's mom says as she puts everything on the warmers to stay warm

Zayn helped the girls wash up before they got something to eat and he fixed Perrie a plate as well cause she must of been starved

"Zayn babe get me everything that the girls made" Perrie says cause she started to pump right away
