On a peice of paper, script what you want your dr to look like. If you dont know what scripting is or how to do it, check out my scripting template, Basic Scripting.

Once you have described what you want your dr to look like, put the paper under your pillow. Visualise the dr you just described while slowly drfting off to bed. This one is very easy and one of my favourites. Its more effective as it invovles both scripting and visualising.
Tips
⚡be specific
📜 Script a trigger smell eg: "I will smell oranges when I am in my dr" make sure its a smell you can easily recognize.
📝 Write down a safe word eg: "I will say cheese to leave my dr"
⏳Script time eg: "1 second in my cr is one day in my dr"
