Chapter 8

  Todoroki and Momo slowly looked up.. And at the top of the roof building they saw an advanced Nomu.

  "T-Todoroki.. Is that what I think it-"

  "Yaoyorouzo!" He shouted and grabbed her arm. He began running with her filled with fear as the Nomu chased after them.

  "Todoroki we have to fight! It's catching up!" She shouted as they ran as fast as they could. Todorokis heart beating out of his chest his left side began lighting up with fire.

  "Yaoyorouzo.. Be careful for me.." He said as the hand that held her arm began freezing up.

  "Huh?" She raised her eyebrows and her life flashed before her eyes.

  "FIRE WALL!" Todooroki shouted as fire spewed out of his body toward the Nomu. Momo was hiding behind him too scared to do anything. She felt useless next to a powerful student like Todoroki..

  "Eeek!" The Nomu screeched and stopped right infront or the tall and wide fire wall.

  "Todoroki!" Momo shouted at Todoroki. His heart still beating a foot out of his chest. "I'm fine,"

  "Can I help with anything?? Are you sure??" She panicked as they began running looking for an exit.

  "Yaoyorouzo, I need you to find the exit. I will be right here. Come back when you do. I will be fine, I promise," He cracked a little smile and let go of her.

  "Okay I got it, Please be careful Todoroki!" She shouted as they parted ways. "I will." He said in a soft voice and began running.

  Momo felt as if she was going to fail at the one task she had to do. She felt uneasy leaving Todoroki with the Nomu alone. She was thinking and thinking as she ran to the side where she thought the exit was at. 
  She looked behind her and saw Todorokis huge ice wall. "He's a amazing.."

  "Yaoyorouzo! Momo! Is that you?" A faint voice came from a building. "What?" She looked around in a panic.

  "It's me.. Mr. Snipe. Help me,"

  She looked into one of the building windows and saw a hand. "Mr. Snipe!" She ran towards the building and broke the window to save him. She mad a crow bar and busted it open.

"W-Where's Shoto?" Snipe asked as Momo picked up the debris off of his helpless body. "Fighting the Nomu! Do you have a walkie talkie??" She asked.

"I did.. But it's b-broken.. Get me to the exit.. I'll be alright from there.. Call the o-other heroes," He said and went back out.
 
  "Shit! She panicked and picked up his body. "Jesus he's heavy,"

  She dragged him out of the broken window and made a run for it towards the exit. It was getting closer and closer.
  "So.. Heavy.." She mumbled under her deep breaths as she pulled him along the street. She began getting light headed...
  "For.. Todoroki.."

"AaaaaHHHH!" Todoroki shouted as he shot sharp ice shards at the Nomu. His right said began freezing up..

  "Yaoyorouzo... Where are you?"

"I'm sorry Snipe." Momo said and put him down at the exit. She started to create a large megaphone to see if that could be useful. She broke out in a sweat as it startled to form out of her body. It was so complicated to make.

  As the megaphone fell off her body she fell to the ground. "Crap!" She reached over and grabbed the megaphone.

  "ARENA 12! HELP US! VILLAIN ATTACK!" She shouted as loud as she could into the megaphone.

  "Villain attack?" Ectoplasm said and stopped fighting with the two students. "Wait what?"

  "I told you guys!" Recovery Girl shouted at the students she was hanging with,

  "We have to go save them! Asap!" Uraraka shouted.
"Agreed! Let's go now! We must hurry!" Mina shouted along with Uraraka. The students ran out of the waiting room and made their way to Arena 12 which was about a mile away. A lot of the other students and teachers were able to hear because of how far away Momo and Todoroki were.

  "Todoroki! Todoroki!" Momo shouted out of breath. "I found the- Todoroki?"

  "Yaoyorouzo... Run," Todoroki struggled to get words out of his mouth. He used his quirk too much and was freezing. He couldn't move. Laying helpless on the ground.

"Todoroki!" She shouted again and ran over to his body. She fell down onto her knees and put his head in her lap. She made a hearing pad with her quirk and put it on Todorokis forehead. "Yaoyorouzo.. It's still here.. Don't worry about me. You have to go,"

  "I-I can't just leave you here!" She began to cry. She couldn't bare to look at him any longer. Her mind began filling up with more and more horrible thoughts by the second.

  "Y-you have to.. Your life is so so much m-more important than mine.. For me, You'll get out f-faster without me, Go," Todoroki said as he shut his eyes.

  "N-n-no! Wake up! Todoroki!" She shouted and she heard loud stomps coming her way again. "No!"

  She grabbed Todoroki and threw him over her shoulder. She was pretty strong honestly. She began running towards the exit crying. She was so out of breath. Ready to fall onto her knees, But she pushed herself, Farther then her limits, Farther then she has every pushed before.

"Right there.. R-right there.." She smiled as she ran with Todoroki over her shoulder. She held his legs as tight as she could. Her vision began getting darker and darker as she reached the exit. The Nomu disappeared.

  "I'm here," She laid Todoroki softly on the ground, She laid next to him on the warm concrete and locked her pinky with his.

  "I promise I have your back forever," She whispered and closed her eyes.
