This spell requires ALOT of focus, you have to clear your mind and think about nothing.
What you need:
Complete focus and concentration
Focus on the object you want to move and try and focus all your energy into it. Imagine yourself moving the object then do it. If you move it you are now able to use telekinesis.
(This has actually worked for me a bit, I was able to move sponge tho all it did was shake and about 12 min ago I was able to make my pencil roll a bit, but other than that I haven't moved anything)
Telekinesis is alot harder than it looks, if you can't move it in one day don't worry, it may take a few weeks or more to even be able to move a chair, so don't worry about it I believe in you.
