Visiting Earth was gonna be pretty tough for Spinel. Even though everything has been cleaned up from when she destroyed the town, the place still brought back some pretty bad memories. If she thought about it for too long, she was afraid that she would scare herself out of going.

"It's gonna be really nice, I promise!" Steven enthused as he drove them to their destination. "How is it suppose to be 'nice?'" Spinel grumbled, glaring out the window of the van. Being around Steven was already starting to make her feel uncomfortable. It wasn't that she didn't like him. And it wasn't that she was holding any sort of grudge. Ever since his own outburst of becoming...whatever that weird monster was..., he seemed to have been recovering pretty good already. She was admittedly a little jealous and his chipper attitude wasn't helping.

Jeez Spins, don't be such a sad sack. You're gonna get help and you're gonna get better...maybe...ugh...

They pulled up to a small building. There was a sign on a window reading: "Hope and Healing Counseling Center." Getting out of the van, Steven noticed Spinel just stayed in her seat, arms crossed, and a weary look on her face.

"Come on, it won't be that bad."

Spinel shot him a look, wincing to herself as she knew that she shouldn't be so snappy. She sat firmly, not budging. Steven really wanted to help, but he knew he couldn't force her out of the van.

"Okay...how about this. You just try this out once, and if it really is that bad, then we don't have to go again."

Spinel thought for a moment. After a few seconds, she sighed and got out of the van, shutting the door a little loud. "Fine." It wasn't mature of her to be so reluctant to go since in the end, she was the one who had to take full responsibility for her own recovery. But the motivation seemed to be vanishing by the second as her nervousness built.

"Awesome! Okay, I think you'll like this lady. I visit her every now and then when I feel like I need to get some things off my chest. And erm...that can tend to be a lot of things. So I think she'd be perfect for you too!"

"Isn't a lil dumb to make me go to someone you've probably told bad things about me to?"

"Well...she'll just have more insight on you, I guess..Don't worry about it!"

Took me a second to update this since school has been slamming me h a r d. So badabing badaboom. A bit short but I'm taking my time.
