Shannon and Janet wheeled Sandra down to the O.R.

Shannon Williams: Sandra would you like to be a full woman, while we have you open.

Sandra Carmichael: Please make me as complete of a woman as surgically possible.

In the O.R. Shannon opened Sandra's right Knee and removed the knee cap fragments and installed a new knee cap, and closed the right knee. Next Dr Shannon opened Sandra's left knee, removed the knee cap fragments and installed a knew knee cap. Dr Shannon opened the back of Sandra's head and drained the excess fluid off her brain. Then Dr Shannon closed Sandra's head wound, and set her broken arms. Then Dr Cameron performed a full Sexual Reassignment Surgery. After both surgeries Shannon ordered Sandra to a private room where Jammie was waiting for her.

Jammie Williams: Sandra you're awake.

Sandra Carmichael: Jammie you came for me.

Jammie Williams: I love you Sandra Carmichael.

Sandra Carmichael: I love you Jammie Williams. Pause...Is Shannon My Doctor?

Jammie Williams: We will take the Family Jet and go to your Arizona hospital as soon as you were able to move.

Sandra Carmichael: I want my house torn down, moved forward on the lot, and a different house built in its place and sold. Pause.... I just don't have the money.

Sandra Carmichael: I want all my gifts from you, and the house can be destroyed.

Jammie Williams goes into the hallway and comes back with bags full of gifts she had given Sandra. Jammie pulled out her cell walkie talkie, and pushed the green button.

Jammie Williams: Josh kill the house in a month . Pause.. after the police are done.the house will be gone.

Sandra Carmichael: I love you Jammie Williams.

Jammie Williams: Let's get married at your new home.

Just then, there was a knock at the door.

PCT Kylie: Miss Carmichael, Dinner!"

PCT Birdie: Doctor Hanson ordered you dinner.

Sandra lift the cover off of her dinner plate.

Sandra and Jammie: Oh my damn!!!

Sandra Carmichael: I can't eat this stew it smells horrible.

Jammie Williams: I'm going to make us dinner. Goodbye Honeybee.

Sandra Carmichael: Goodbye Sweetheart.

Jammie went down to the gift shop and bought one of every stuffed animal, four plants, and had everything sent to Sandra's room. Then Jammie went thru the cafeteria kitchen to the hand wash station washed her hands and entered the walk in refrigerator. All of a sudden the refrigerator door opened and a short man came in shouting.

Head cook Frank: What in the hell are you doing in my refrigerator.

Chef Frederick: It's my refrigerator. This young lady is Jammie Williams, she owns Just As It Is, all of the Just As It Is. Jammie Williams is looking for an executive chef.

Jammie Williams: Chef Fredrick, look, I know I said I would call , it's been a month, Pause....your Hired!!

Jammie pulled out his phone and called corporate Human Resources.

Jammie Williams: Sherry call Chef Fredrick and hire him.

Sherry from Human Resources: Right away ms. Jammie. See you when you get back.

Chef Fredrick received a call from Sherry and took it in his office. Jammie sent Frank to the kitchen with seven boneless skinless chicken breast, seven precooked potatoes, and a large bag of frozen vegetables. Frank poured the vegetables into a pot built into the steam table. Then put the pre cooked potatoes, in the oven and cooked them for 15 minutes. grabbed a shaker style container filled it with various seasonings, seasoned the chicken and dipped them into a flower mixture, an egg mixture, back into the flower mixture. Jammie then Fried the chicken for six minutes. Then added a salt free seasoning and a butter substitute to the vegetables. Jammie then left two plates to Frank and Fredrick. Jammie Williams: Honey Bee, dinner.

Sandra Carmichael: Thank you sweetheart.

Jammie and Sandra ate and talked for two hours. When they were interrupted by a news report on the hostage Crisis. After the news they went to bed. In the morning Jammie came into the room with breakfast. Jammie and Sandra spent the morning together enjoying each other's company.

Sandra dressed into a sun dress that Jammie had bought for her. Sandra was given care instructions and released from the hospital, placed in a handy Van driven by Nicky McKinley to the private airstrip. Nicky got out of the rental car, helped Sandra out of the car and into a fireman's Carry up the stairs into the plane. Jammie was right behind them got on the plane took her seat next to Sandra and left for phoenix international airport. Jammie Williams had one of her managers Donny from "Paper Plus" tie up loose ends with the rental car and hospital bills

In the air Jammie put her arm around Sandra's shoulders, and the two sang karaoke to 70s Disco music. An hour later the captain made an announcement that the plane was landing and everyone needed their seat belts on. Everyone followed the Captains directions as the plane landed.
