I followed Amira down the hall and eventually we came face to face with the exit... only the secuirity guy was there. I winked at Amira and she tossed me her knife. I jumped up on the secuirity gaurd's back and as he struggled to get me off of him, I stabbed the knife deep into his neck and jumped off to watch him slowly die. Amira pulled her hockey mask over her face and tossed me my cat mask. I pulled it over my face aswell. She nodded at me and we fled the school, hoping nobody else saw us murder that gaurd. I didn't want to get locked up somewhere.
We ran as fast as we could down the sidewalk. Since my house was right down the street, it was easy to get there without being spotted by any unlucky witnesses. We slammed the door behind us and ran up the stairs before anybody in the house saw the blood on my mask. Amira caught her breath and ripped the mask off her face. "Please don't let us go to jail for that. This was a GAME harmony. We were really supposed to fake sick. Not kill the gaurd and run. What the hell Harmony!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
My jaw flew opened as wide as it could go in disbeleif. "A game?" I said softly. I looked up at her and she nodded. "Please tell me you knew this was a a game. Please tell me you wouldn't really kill anybody without a reason." I shook my head. She didn't hesitate for a second. She flung up her arm and smacked me in the side of my head with her hockey mask. From then, everything went black.
I woke up to Amira pacing around the room biting her nails. "Amira?" She looked down at me and her face became angry. She stomped and flung her arms like I usually would. "Shut up Harmony don't talk to me!! You're a murderer!!!" I slowly stood up. "You're the one who..." I stopped. I didn't want this to happen. What if this destroyed our friendship? I couldn't do this to us. She slapped me again but this time her mask wasn't there. "Amira, what did you do to you're mask?" I looked around the room searching for the creepy little thing. She pointed to the window. "Go look Harmony." I ran to the window and lifted back the curtain. Great. Police swarmed my house. "I turned in the mask and knife you used. I blamed the entire thing on you. I had nothing to do with this says their record."
I ran downstairs and my mother was talking to a few police officers who were trying to get up the stairs to find the "murderer". She was telling them they have it wrong but they insisited. They pushed past my mother, guns ready. They got up the first few steps and they saw me. "Do you know if Harmony Shadowstone is here?" The officer said in a deep voice. My knees got weak and my lip quivered. "I'm Harmony Shadowstone." I said in an accidental weak voice. The next thing I know, I was in handcuffs.
