This society forbids noticing anyone who doesn't pass their taste. This society worships beauty.

It was my free time and I was aimlessly walking around the campus. When I noticed the disgusted looks other students gave me.

The rumors permeats every nook and cranny of people's lives.

Don't you think Mich has changed a lot? Do you find her nose higher?

It's not just her nose. Her complexion looks brighter too

"Papunta na siya" I heared her whispering softly.

"Gosh! Her face is so fake" gigil na sabi ni Rhea

In this University of Beauty Arts and Science Cosmetology, everyone's appearance is judged. Face altering is a common place.

The good-looking people are more likely to pass and favored by the teachers.

I guess I'm the only one here who relies on capability instead of appearance.

But capability is useless.

"Why is that lass even accepted here?" Ruzzi asked Yesha.

"She is totally a shame for our school" Yesha pointed at me, glaring.

"Do you notice her broad nose?" Minty said while laughing.

"I feel sick when I see her big forehead everyday." Dalia smirked at me before sipping on her juice

"Haha, same." Ruzzi replied

I heared she is the best performer this year but our teacher sent Mich to the global cosmetology program in Palawan.

"That's right" Dalia told while smirking

I bit my lower lip and just walk away.

My world has been distorted

Meanwhile in the cafeteria

Gail, I feel sad for her. She lost a good oppurtunity just because of her plain look.

Yeah you got a point but lower your voice.

Relax, she can't hear us.

Discrimination is no longer about abusing or marginalizing directly.

But you can feel excluded in the dark place.

My train of thoughts was halted when I got bumped from behind.

"What the hell?

"Why do I keep on bumping to an ugly retard like you?! Gosh lumayo ka nga sakin!" I bit my lip and look around the cafeteria. The others were watching too but I don't really care about them.

"Ano?! Ayusin mo ang pagsasalita mo" ika niya.
