The triplets' stared at the 'Hogwarts Express' in front of them, Platform 9 & 3/4 was jammed with students, greeting each other enthusiastically after their summer holidays. "Mother and and father decided to send us here?" Marion spoke first, breaking his sisters' trances. "Rion, mother and father wanted us to get out of the, what do you call it, 'Liar Zone'" Bridgette wasn't at all that happy with the transferation but she would do almost anything to get away from Lila.
Marinette cut in, "Mother and father wanted the best for us, we are lucky that Headmaster Wayne accepted us into Hogwarts. We're finally going to get some time away from her." She half-dragged, half-pulled her pouting siblings onto the train. They pulled their trunks into an empty compartment and sat down, placing their trunks in the luggage compartment beforehand.
Marion and Marinette's owls, Zeus and Maia, were hooting away in the luggage compartment while Bridgette's cat, Noir, purred from an empty seat next to her. "Bri, I love you, but why did you name your cat, Noir?" Marion had posed this question several times before but always got the same answer, "It's cute!"
Marinette watched her siblings bicker with a look of fondness, she couldn't help but feel elated about the fact that they were leaving Beauxbatons Academy of Magic. While their mother was their defence against the dark arts professor, she could not get Lila expelled.
They each specialized in something, Marinette had a talent for potions while Bridgette specialized in healing, Marion was an excellent dueler, courtesy of their father, who ran the auror office in the Ministry Of Magic.
Many people looked into their compartment as they past, perhaps it was because they were new or because of the fact that they were wearing homemade robes that Marinette had designed herself.
A group of people passed by their compartment at that moment, a boy, no older than she was with black hair, blue eyes and blue and black robes, looked at her and smiled, she beamed back at him causing him to go slightly pink.
The train ride was peaceful and when they arrived at Hogsmeade station, they were surprised to see thestrals pulling the carriages but didn't say a word. As they entered the great hall, people stared, Marinette noticed the boy from earlier looking at her and waved. He turn away but not before she saw the faint blush on his cheeks.
