Hello sir I seem to have lost my heart.
Have you seen it around?
I gave it to a boy not too long ago,
but now it cannot be found.
On occasion my heart is small and heavy, passed around like a pond stone,
But at this time it may be light and round like a balloon ready to be flown.
Without it I cannot run or jump or laugh or play
Or feel the warmth of the sun in the middle of the day.
But I do not mind it being with another, especially if they need it more.
I just do not want it gone forever, I would not like to see it on the floor.
So you see sir, this very important to me.
I would like to find my heart then,
I would like to keep it safe until someone needs it again.
