1: One Direction

I suck at first chapters so bare with me. Tried my best but tell me if it's bad I should fix something or that you like it I love feedback.

Author's Pov:

Liam, Harry, Louis, Niall, and Zayn had made it past the auditions and are now in boot camp. They all waited for their name to be called but it never came. They waited backstage waiting for their parents to pick them up, Liam was heart broken after not even making it further in the completion then last time he came in 2008.

Niall and Harry didn't take the news well either, but who wouldn't. Then they were called back to the judges, all of them hoping it was a good sign.

As we all know they passed to the judges house, but as a group no longer solo. All five boys met afterwards properly at Harry's house, there Zayn found out that he had a crush on Liam. Zayn never told anyone that he was bi, he kept it a secret from the band and his family even tho Liam knew that Zayn kept sneaking glances at him or always agreeing with Liam's opinion. Liam knew from the time he spent with Zayn that he kept to himself and was a bit mysterious.

Zayn's Pov:

I can't believe I . . I mean we made it to the judges house, I have never been in a group before so I have no idea what we have to do now.

Now as a band we got our song for the Judges house and we're going to sing for Simon and a guest later on today, right now though at the beach Harry, Niall, and Liam are in the water playing Marco polo. While Louis and I are chilling on the beach.

"So Zayn can you keep a secret?"

"I guess, yeah."

"Alright I think Harry's hot just look at his hair, how may times a day do you see guys with a smile like that and eyes that gorgeous."

I was not expecting Louis to say that at all, after all we just met.

"Cool"

"What about you Zayn?" Should I tell Louis? He did share his crush with me.

"No, no one yet." He looks like a blabber though . . . maybe when I get to know him a littler better.

"Louie, Zayn want to come swimming with us?" Liam called from where Niall, Louis and him were.

"Want to go Zayn?"

"I can't swim."

"It's easy mate, no worry's Liam and I will teach you!"

"No I'm fine you can go without me."

"Come on Zayn it will be fun!" Louis whined pulling my arm from where I was laying. As soon as he pulled me to the water I stopped "I-it's freezing!!" I was shivering in the cold sea water as Louis guided me into a deeper part where the rest were waiting for us.

"You cold Zayn!" Harry commented when we arrived in their little group. "You mean freezing." Liam laughed causing me to turn around where Niall and him were "Come here" Liam pulled me into his arms rubbing my back.

"You'll get used to it as soon as you start swimming." I rested my head on his shoulder never wanting him to let go.

"I can-can't swim Liam." How do people swim in this water it is so cold.

"Then I'll just have to teach you." Liam winked and letting go of me with only one arm in on my back.

His hand went down to my thighs, then lifting me up! "Put me down Leeyum!!!"

"Why?" I didn't really want to get down it felt nice being in his arms, but I am afraid he is just going to drop me in the water.

"Cause I said so Payne." I started swinging my legs making Liam tip over to the left a bit. "Stop you're going to make us fall!!" Liam yelled then he lost his balance! I felt the ice cold water hit my skin as we fell back with a splash.

Luckily the water was only to our chest so I was able to pick myself back up as soon as I felt the sand touch my skin. Liam came back up before me already helping me up to my feet "Sorry, at least you won't be as cold now."

"So cold!" I crossed my arms over my chest shivering, Niall had asked Liam something and as they got further into conversation I slowly walked back wards going back to the beach.

Harry saw me as I was getting close to shore, I ran for it running out of the water. I looked behind me seeing Harry and Niall chasing after me, I ran down the shore feeling water hit my feet as I kept running.

I needed to stop for a break but those two were starting to catch up as I slowed down due to my lack of breath. Before I knew it they came both by my side "Thought you could out run us?" "Well yeah, if one of you were Liam no, he does track but you two are easier."

"Whatever." Niall said as Harry rolled eyes "If you don't want to learn then at least be the referee! Please." Liam asked as he walked up to us with his big puppy eyes.

"Fine but no swimming." I said with a straight face "One day Malik, I will get you." I laughed as we walked back to Louis.

"Ready, Set, Go!!!!"

"Harry and Liam are neck and neck, Liam takes the lead leaving Harry barley behind."

"Harry is catching up but not fast enough for Liam to catch up! They are getting closer to the finish line by the second." Niall announced.

"Here Liam comes, But wait Harry is gaining speed, who will win the race?" "Harry take the lead, or is it Liam? AHH they both have brown hair, here comes . . . .

"LIAM!!!!"

We all cheered Liam's victory "Congrats Payne!" "Thanks for cheering me on Zayn." I hugged him "Welcome."

"Now Liam goes up his next opponent Louie Tomlinson!"

As Liam and Louie swam down the other side where the race started Louie disappeared in the water "Where's Lou?" Niall swam towards them as I got out of the water, Louis came back up rushing and limping to the beach.

I rushed to him "What happened Lou!?!" "My fuckin foot." He grunted, I looked at his foot which had become swollen, I helped him up letting him put his weight on me so we could walk. Soon after Niall and Harry joined not even having to ask what happened with his foot because you could see it a mile away.

Liam joined shortly after us all getting ready to leave quickly so we could get Louie some help.
