Thankfully I got the evening flight to Abuja I took my wife hafsa with me and also halima seeing how yaya talk to me it shows how angry he is with me and I will make sure I say everything to saleem today well I hope and pray it's for the best after an hour we reached sokoto safely Alhamdulillah the driver isah was there already he package our luggage to the car and he drove us to my house that's there we unpacked I called my brother to let him that we've arrived so he said since it was getting late night that we should meet tomorrow morning by 10am after our phone call I rested for some few hours before isha prayer that was when saleem came in to greet us as usual his umma didn't answer even though I wanted to asked him why he chose this way I couldn't because for all that happened it wasn't his fault I answered him he bought food for us to eat together with my daily dosage he knew I might forgot about it while I was in a hurry that's why I so much adore him and can't imagine him going away from me after our dinner I called him to my room he was silence for some few hours before he said. Baba I didn't come here to report you to your brother or cause any kind of trouble between you two but the way umma treats me all the time I can't tolerate it I have been patience enough with everything and assuming it isn't about zakiya I wouldn't have come here but baba you know what that girl means to me I don't think leaving her will be the best option for me so I decided that I will come to uncle so I can get my answers so I can know wether to let her go or be with her I have a choice in that I think and I really want to why umma doesn't treat me like her own son

To say I wasn't surprised will be understatement well saleem i don't blame you and for coming to see yaya you did the thing at least the burden i have been carrying all these years will lessen but I want you to promise me something please my son no matter what will happen tomorrow don't blame me or your umma I was bond to a promise and I believe you know  what I might be prefer to ask if I had broken that promise and you can make your decision I promise I will accept it wholeheartedly, he wanted to ask me but I told him to wait till Tomorrow just like yaya has said we said our goodnight and we went back to my brother's place

Saleem P.O.V

After my discussion with baba I started thinking about my whole life since my childhood up till now how baba was talking today it felt like their have been hiding something from me and it must be very serious since he was bond to a promise that even made him not to tell me about it ya Allah see me through this situation after so much deliberation I took a shower and lay down on my bed thinking of zakiya I took my phone to call her and to my surprise she was awake we talked for almost 2hours I felt so happy talking to her it even took all my worries away I told her about what's going to happen tomorrow and she prayed for me like she always does, she told me to pray two Rakat make dua and then get some sleep I couldn't hide what I was feeling today so I decided to say something to make her feel and understand how much I really love her. My sweet I have been wanting to say something but I just don't know how to say it you're the best thing that has ever happened to me seriously since you came into my life it has been filled with so much joy and happiness how I wish our relationship was so different you could have been my wife by now we could have been together right now and I would be staring at those your beautiful eyes zakiya am sorry for what I have put you through please find a place in your heart to forgive me I promise in shaa Allah I will set everything right I will make you the happiest woman on this earth i will love you forever and ever and till eternity,

My love whatever situation we have found ourselves into it's from Allah and in shaa Allah everything will be fine and you have not done anything wrong to me but just remember behind every delay there's goodness in it now please let's pray and get some sleep I really appreciate all your love and care I love you habibi Albi na.

Halima P.O.V

After our meeting with Bashir I was so excited and happy I wanted to call zakiya to gist her and just then baba called me that I should pack some few of my clothes that we're leaving for sokoto by 5PM sharp so we have to be at the airport by 4pm I couldn't make the call I quickly pack my clothes instead of packing much I just took all 6 of my abaya's  and the things I will be needing thankful Khalifa and nadiya are with grandma from my mum side hajia Aisha so I won't be stressed out about them Alhamdulillah I immediately went outside seeing baba was also ready and to my surprise Bashir was the one taking me to the airport baba and umma went together with the driver I was happy at least I will be getting some time with him seeing came to see me and I will be leaving on our way we chatted and I was amused by his jokes so I asked him wether he will be leaving before I return or he will wait for me so he said he will wait since we're going together with his sis shamsiya and they came here to discuss about the wedding plans and my dresses so he will have to wait, I said ok and we reached the airport I said goodbye with a flying kiss to him since in the car though I asked him wether he knew why we were travelling urgently to sokoto he said no he doesn't but baba only asked him to make arrangements for them he said he will call me after we landed so here we're on our way to sokoto I kept what's was happening though since yaya saleem left we haven't talked and he didn't say anything was happening of that sort I wanted to ask baba but I couldn't seeing he was even lost in his own thoughts.

After reaching sokoto we went straight to our house not our uncle place like we always do just noticing that I knew something must be wrong somewhere and it's not even like umma to follow us her she always complain but Allah knows best after unpacking my things I took a shower prayed margrib and took my phone to call Bashir after our call I called zakiya but it wasn't reachable so I message her on WhatsApp I was feeling hungry I didn't even know what to eat seeing how we came just in time yaya came with food basket after our dinner I wanted to have some privacy with him so we could talk but baba called him to his room so we couldn't talk well its better I wait till tomorrow since baba said we will go there in the morning but I was just curious after praying isha sleep just took over me i was feeling so tried I needed that sleep but shamsiya was still awake maybe talking to her boyfriend or a friend I said my goodnight to before I lay down

Shamsiya P.O.V

After me and yaya reached to inlaw place I was so excited and happy to see her we great for some minutes then went to her room i couldn't even unpacked my things I was so tried I just wanted to sleep but we needed to talk as sweet as halima was she instead that I rest first then we will talk later on I wanted to break the surprised to her that I came together with yaya bash but I couldn't even break the promise I made so when she asked me I told her we came together with malam idi our driver she was little bit disappointed I took a shower eat something and then sleep took over me I wasn't praying so all I needed was that sleep. It was around 8am when I woke and halima was just staring at me with that question look of why didn't you tell me I wanted to hide under the duvet but she quickly jump over to me haba inlaw shine you didn't even bother to tell me tare kuka zo she pouted her mouth well sis don't blame me it wasn't my fault he said I shouldn't tell you but seriously I wanted to lokacin da na shigo but I remember I promised him that I won't and he wanted to surprised you so now stop been a kid ki tashi kiyi mishi kwaliya mai kyau 🤣🤣🤣🤣  that's when she remember that he said he will be here in less than an hour or so she quickly rush to the bathroom
