Chapter 15-13: Heart

(The next morning)

Alexa woke up all feeling secured and comfortable after the events that transpired between her and Ryan yesterday when the two had an argument over a group picture the Goddess took. She looked up to see Y/N who was fast asleep while his arm was wrapped around her body; Alexa laid her head on his chest to listen for his beating heart as she thought to herself.

Alexa: I broke this part of you, but soon I'll be the one to fix it

Then a few minutes later, Y/N woke up to see Alexa's hair all over his chest.

Y/N: hey...

Alexa: oh morning

Y/N: are you feeling any better?

Alexa: I am, thanks for asking

Y/N: so you want some coffee?

Alexa: yes, that would be nice

The two got up and went to the kitchen and the pure fan was making the brew, however the Goddess' mind was running through about the nightmare she had last night. While Y/N was making the coffee, Alexa wrapped her arms around his body for a tight embrace.

Y/N: anything wrong, Alexa?

Alexa: remembered when I said I had a nightmare

Y/N nodded.

Y/N: yes

Alexa: well...

Y/N: you want to talk about it while we drink our coffee?

Alexa: yes, that's sounds good

After Y/N prepared two cups of coffee, the two friends sat down at the table.

Y/N: so what happened in your nightmare?

Alexa took a drink of her coffee and took a deep breath.

Alexa: what happened in my nightmare, I see you just walking around the city

Y/N silently nodded as he listened.

Y/N: and then what happened?

Then the Goddess slowly began to tear up as she continued.

Alexa: I saw a car drifting from the corner and it was moving very fast towards your direction

Y/N gave her a tissue paper as he noticed the tears coming down from her eyes.

Alexa: the car then drove on the side walk and you got ran over

Alexa's tears rained down her face, and Y/N scooted close to comfort her by rubbing her back.

Alexa: you were laying with blood running down your face

Y/N: do you know who the driver is?

Alexa: it's... it's...

Alexa wiped more tears from her eyes as she was about to reveal who the culprit was for running Y/N down with the car.

Alexa: it was Ryan, he ran you over with the car

Y/N was in disbelief.

Y/N: what happened to me?

Alexa: y-you were laying on a hospital bed fighting for your life, and at that moment, the nightmare ended there when I woke up

Y/N wrapped his arm around her to give her comfort back rubs while Alexa wiped the tears from her eyes.

Y/N: it's alright, it's just a nightmare, nothing bad will happen to me, and hell I'll just beat up Ryan for trying to straight up murder me if that ever happened
