With Smart guy and the others, they arrived at Rascal's house*
Smarty- Okay. We made it.
Crystal- Now what?
Rascal: Where's my parents? Come to think of it, where is everybody? And my little sister?
Smarty looks around.
Smarty- Yeah. It is pretty quiet.
Rascal went in the house, he sees his little sister with a spider on her face controlling her*
Rascal: Peppi? Is that you? (:>
Crystal stops him.
Crystal- Wait a minute. It's the Arathim!
Peppi screeches as a big Nurloc tries to attack the house*
Rascal: Sister look out! *as he lunged to save her before they get crushed*
The mind controlled Peppi looks at Rascal shocked*
Rascal: Go hide, I have to deal with the Nurloc!
Peppi nodded yes and runs to hide*
Crystal- What is that?!
Lois- It's a Nurloc!
Rascal: The darkening is making it so upset!
Wacky- What do we do?!
Rascal has an idea: It hates these powdered mushrooms, throw them at it's mouth!
Wacky and Rascal spot some, so they rush over and grab them before throwing them at the creature's mouth.
The creature hated it and goes nuts*
Rascal: Now's our chance. *points at a tunnel* We'll go through here, the Nurloc can't follow us in there!
Crystal- Got it!
The Toon gang rush inside the cave but one grabs Lois and hoists her up, making her scream as Milo and the others stop. Milo looks in worry
Milo throws a mushroom at the creature's face, the creature goes crazy and drops Lois*
Milo caught Lois in his arms*
Lois smiles.
Lois- Thanks.
Milo: You're welcome, now let's go before it gets us again.
The two followed the others, but the mind controlled Peppi is shocked that Rascal saved her*
Back at the castle*
SkekSil: SkekVar, maybe we should call for the other skeksis for help.
SkekVar- No! We are fine the way we are right now.
SkekSil: Hmmm okay, just a suggestion.
But the two then sees SkekMal in the hallway dragging a cage*
The Skeksis and some of the Weaselings notice.
Zanobia- SkekMal?
SkekMal walks up a bit more and stops panting*
Tops hid behind SkekZok: Why is he back? ):>
Zanobia- Well, because of the princess, duh!
SkekEkt: SkekMal? *as she touched him*
SkekMal collapsed on the floor*
Tops: Ahhh!
SkekSo: Oh no SkekMal!
Malikai: SkekTek is he dead?!
SkekTek checks for his pulse.
SkekTek- No. He's still alive... But, gravely injured
Malikai: Quick, we need to take him to the lab!
Back with the others, they are safe in the cave*
Rascal: Did the arathim controlled my parents?
Lois- Possibly.
Smarty- (Looks around) But, we don't know for sure.
The little arathim spiders surround them*
Rascal: Oh no, we're done for!
Peppi came in and told the little arathim spiders to stop*
Everyone looked in confusion.
Smarty- What? What's happening?
Crystal- I think she's telling them to stop.
Rascal looks at Peppi: Peppi, you saved us.
Peppi: We are not Peppi, I am part of the ascendency.
Crystal raises a brow.
Crystal- What?
Lois- She's being controlled by the Arathim.
Rascal: Oh, sorry ascendency. We are looking for the dual blade to defeat the skeksis, why did they sent you here?
Peppi: I cannot say, but we know who has the dual blade, it's in the stick that Argot is holding, but my fellow arathim mind controlled her.
Smarty- Then, how are we gonna find them?
Peppi: Well Rascal here saved my life, you can talk to the Arathim to help you in return.
Crystal looks at Rascal.
Crystal- You should do it, Rascal.
Rascal: Okay.
Peppi: Very well, follow me.
As they follow them, Lois smiles as Milo and kisses his cheek before she catches up with the others.
