XENO POV
it was time for everybody to go to lunch but i don't like eating around people and i don't like big crowds or loud noises so I was just walking around the school listening to music. it felt like somebody was coming towards me so I turned around and it was the nice girl I met this morning. when she saw me turn around she gave me the same big smile from earlier. I just gave her a smile back. she began talking but I had my earbuds in so I couldn't hear. I put my finger up for her to pause so I could stop my music. when I got done with that I looked back up and quietly asked her to repeat herself.
she asked me why I wasn't in the cafeteria with everybody else and I simply said I wasn't hungry which wasn't a lie but also wasn't the complete truth. she asked me if I wanted to go smoke with her outside with her boyfriend I will never miss an opportunity to smoke so I shook my head yes with the quickness. she told me to follow her. she went through some doors at the back of the school and I saw a guy with blonde liberty spikes and the same dude with green and blue dreads from earlier sitting at a table in the middle of a field. while me and Nani made our way over there, I saw a few dead rats and snakes in the field, honestly a perfect place to take pictures for Instagram. I would ask Nani to take them for me but I'm too pussy to ask.
before we could even get over there they turned around because the grass sounded like a fatass eating a bag of chips. once we got over there nani went over to the dude with blonde liberty spikes and gave him a kith. i just stood there awkwardly, nani noticed and told the two dudes to introduce themselves. the guy with the liberty spikes said " hi I'm colby but call me nascar " and i gave a small wave then the guy with green and blue dreads said " hey i remember you from earlier " with a big ole smile showing of his silver grill. i said " ye i remember you too " quietly " Nascar cleared his through loud like it was too silent and needed to make a knows. the dude with the dreads said " oh shit my bad, my name is Junius but call me zilla ." i fucked with the name Zilla.
after they introduced myself I introduced myself. I'm so fucking awkward so I was just like " well my name is Xeno but call me Xen " looking at my feet because eye contact is g r o s s. Zilla was sitting on one side of the table and Nani and Nascar were sitting on the opposite side. felt like them niggas plottin on me and did that shit on purpose so I would have no choice but to sit by him. he patted the spot next to him with a goofy-ass smile. of course, I sat down not because he asked but because I wanted to.
Nascar started the rotation since he rolled the blunt. he blew the smoke into Nani's face before passing the blunt to her. she took a big hit of the blunt holding it in for a bit while passing it to Zilla. Zilla made sure to get the fucking blunt m o iST before passing it to me. I've never wanted to throw up so bad like why?? please explain??? Nani and Nascar busted out laughing when they saw my face, I looked at Zilla and I gave him a stank face and he just smiled like a badass kid.
once we were done smoking the bell had rang and we made our way back into the school. i watched nani and nascar walk hand and hand which made me smile because i could just tell they were in love, but also kinda sad because i've never felt that without getting my heart literally demolished after a couple months.
zilla wasnt too far behind me so he caught up pretty quick making me come back to reality. he asked what my next class was because he " didnt want me walking alone " whatever that mean. i told him what my next class was an to our surprise , we had the same exact class which i guess was pretty nice. we walked together and there wasnt very much talking going on but i swear he looked so familiar and i was trying to figure out where i think i saw him before.
