"I'm sorry but I'm g-" A faint voice says.

"Wha- What do y-you mean?.. What are you saying?..." My voice cracks.

"I'm lea-" It fades out.

"What??!" I yell out waking up.

"W-What..... Just happened?..." I ask to no one in particular. "What did that mean.." I try to figure out.

*Sigh* "I guess I'll just head over to Akemi-Chan's house as usual." I think.

"Oh goodmorning Haru-San!" Akemi-Chan exclaims as she opens the door.

"Goodmorning Akemi-Chan!" I reply.

"I was making some cookies do you want any? I know they're your favorite." She laughs.

I blush a little but then remember she has a crush. I look down for a second then look back up.

"Of course! Cookies are the best!" I exclaim.

"Heehhee." Akemi-Chan laughs.

"I really like your laugh. It's super cute." I say out loud on accident.

"What? Oh...thank you Haru-San." Akemi-Chan replies with a confused expression.

"Oh my gosh...Did I really just say that?.." I think worrying.

"The cookies are done!!" Akemi-Chan yells to me from the kitchen.

I run into the kitchen but Akemi-Chan isn't there.

"Akemi-Chan?" I call out worried.

"A-Akemi-Cha-Chan..?" I stumble over my own words walking further into the kitchen.

I open the pantry door and-

"RAWR!!" Akemi-Chan shouts.

I fall from the amount of shock I experienced.

"I got you!!" She exclaims laughing loudly.

I giggle as she extends her hand.

"Thank you Akemi-Chan.." I blush as I take her hand.

"Come on Haru-San, let's go watch a movie and eat cookies." Akemi-Chan smiles as she puts all the cookies on 2 plates.

I chuckle blushing.

"What the-" I exclaim clinging onto Akemi-Chan frightened by the sudden jumpscare.

She giggles. "You got scared Haru-San haha!" She exclaims smiling brightly.

"Not funny." I pout while blushing.

"Come on! It's obviously funny!" She laughs.
