"Y/N, try hitting the target instead of yourself" Felix said awkwardly, watching me attempt to attack a training dummy with a sword.
"It's too heavy! Do I look like big foot to you?" I threw the sword on the ground in frustration, folding my arms. Felix sighed.
It had been a full year and the monthly training sessions I had with Felix weren't paying off. Don't get me wrong, Felix was a great trainer but I am not a talented person.
"I'll try and get you a lighter sword, but try using both hands to hold it next time." Felix suggested and I nodded, I put a hand on my hip and glared at the dummy.
I had been training with him for a while now but I just wasn't good at sword fighting. No, saying 'wasn't good' doesn't even describe it. I'M AWFUL.
Felix knows it, I know it, even ATHANASIA knows it.
"It's only been...2 years, I'm sure you'll improve" Felix encouraged and I just deadpanned with a disheartened look.
"Yeah, when pigs fly" I mumbled, but I was still too far into this to quit.
I'll become the best fighter and protect Anthanasia!

"Jeez, time really flies, eh?" I said, looking down at Athanasia, who was now 2 years of age.
"It really does, she's so adorable" Lily, my best friend of all the maids, said.
Athanasia picked up a sorcerer book from the floor, patting it suggestively as if she was asking us to read it.
"Man, it's been 2 years and I still haven't gotten any taller.." I growled, Lily chuckled gently, comforting me with a head pat.
"I'm sure you'll grow, Y/N, give it time." Lily lifted Athanasia from the floor and sat onto the sofa, I took the book from the floor and sat beside her.
"How's everything been with the Emperor, I hear he's rather fond of you" Lily said, I shook my head.
"Nah, he just owes me so he lets me eat expensive food every month" I retorted, her eyes widened.
"He owes you?"
"Well, I wouldn't say he owes me." I muttered, scratching my face awkwardly. Lily looked at me with a puzzled expression, raising a brow.
"Anyway, let's check out this book, eh Athy?" I said, Athanasia cheered happily.
I had noticed recently that Anthy had been acting rather odd, as if she was trying to tell me something. Maybe it was a kid thing.
Lily opened the book, introducing some characters of the story. Athanasia sat quietly as usual, an adorable smile on her miniature face.
In this moment I couldn't help but be fascinated, she looked so much like Claude. The golden blonde hair, the bright blue eyes.
'I'm an awful uncle, I slept with her dad!' I thought to myself shamefully.
"oo dis?" Athy pointed to a picture of her father and Lily beamed at her.
