"You should share your story.....you could give hope to so many." Yoongi spoke softly as he ran his fingers through my hair.
It was around 10 o clock and we were cuddling in the guest room that Jackie told me I would be staying in. My nephews took a while to stop asking question after question about where I've been or why my name sounded like a snack. Jackie and his wife tried to get them to stop but I told them it was fine.
Tristian stayed with me a while probably afraid I'd have an anxiety attack with all the questions about my past. Yoongi kept his hand on my back the whole evening constantly making small circles to let me know I wasn't alone.
I'm honestly happy to be here and finally meet my brother's family well my family. Jackie said tomorrow night we will go out just the 2 of us and watch a sunrise together. Hearing that brought tears to my eyes.
"The only hope I bring is maybe they could murder someone that hurt them. I don't want others to see me taking a life as a good solution." It's true I killed someone and I hate that I have blood on my hands no matter who they are.
"I'm not talking about that exactly. I'm talking about what you've lived through first with your parents then everything after. You turned the horrible things that happened in your life and made a change. You also turned 2 huge gangs into something that people no longer fear. You also saved so many lives."
"Please.....let's not talk about this anymore tonight..... I'll think about it okay?" I heard Yoongi hum in response.
This was nice. I felt safe and content in his arms. These are my what ifs finally being answered. Yes I loved Jaehyun but Yoongi never left my mind.
"I'm glad I could get a chance to be in your arms again." I confessed.
Yoongi slowly shifted our positions so he was now looking into my eyes.
"I'm lucky to get a chance to look into the person I love beautiful blue eyes again. My love for you never went away. It just gets stronger every time I see you. May I Kiss You?"
My shattered, broken, wounded heart for the first time felt completely pain free.
"I.....I Love You Too."
