A little trivia: Oikawa's team (Kitagawa Daiichi Junior High School) beat Nishinoya's team (Chidoriyama Junior High School) on the semi-finals of his last Junior High Athletics Meet Tournament, making them advanced to finals where they faced Ushijima's team (Shiratorizawa Academy Junior High)

This was also the only match where Oikawa won a set against the "Young Giant" (Ushiwaka), but unfortunately still didn't take the champ. However, this tournament was the most memorable for him since he won the "Best Setter" award, vowing that he'll beat Ushijima and Kageyama in the future.

After the practice of Aoba Johsai's volleyball team, Oikawa got a beating from his best friend for wanting to stay in the gym longer, so even with all the complaining from him, he was dragged by Iwaizumi back to their locker room to change clothes, where a couple of Seijoh's players are still in.

"The rain didn't stop the whole day." A tall guy with messy black hair and thick eyebrows mentioned, hearing the loud sound of pouring rain while he fix his things.

Closing the door of his locker, "What a pain. I wanna go home quick and sleep the whole night." An almost pink, short-cropped haired boy agreed, digging his bag to find the food he brought. "Pocky, everyone?" He presented, offering couple boxes of treat to his teammates.

Oikawa, who just entered the room with Iwaizumi, saw the third year handing out some sweets. "Makki." The brunet called happily, asking for some which Hanamaki quickly give.

"That was fast, Iwaizumi." Matsukawa pointed when the two newcomers started taking their shirts off, revealing some well-toned muscles where they wiped their sweats hastily.

Putting on some new shirt, "23 minutes isn't fast." The vice captain countered, referring at how long it still took him to drag Oikawa's ass away from the gym.

Buttoning his pale lilac polo, "Heh? Iwa-chan's being brutally brutal again, Mattsun." The setter informed, making it sound like there's no other choice but to follow or else he'll die. "Sometimes, you guys should stop siding him and start feeling empathy towards me." He added, now putting on his necktie.
