Heya, guys!

It's been awhile since I actually write anything in Wattpad! 😅😅😅

If my return really warrants a reason...alright, alright, I'll give you...

But a little warning for your thought: the next message you are about to see is VEEERY SERIOUS! Well, this Noel-chan's Saucer is Gen-Rin's randomness book. But this is the first time I publish a chappie with this kind of tone. But perhaps, you might get related with my message.

Alright, here I go...

Just like what my favorite cat whisperer Jackson Galaxy said in a commercial: The pandemic has definitely turned our world upside down; and I'm one of those who believes in that.

Well, during the years that I am on and off Wattpad (haha...I'm actually here sometimes, reading updates and all the works that Gen and I have published), I'm working somewhere around Metro Manila. The exact place? It's secret! 😉😉😉

But let's get into the chase: March comes out, and the pandemic and the lockdowns kick in. I know that my Wattpad friends and I share the same experience of being locked in the four corners of our home, as well as some sudden...and unintended consequences.

When the lockdown happens, me, Gen, and my co-workers are blessed that we can work from home. Besides, it's sooo much better than commuting for more than two hours to our workplaces. 😆😆😆

At first, it was so far so good, since we can still talk and all online, just like face to face. But April, May and June comes, we are slowly being isolated as my teammates starts to either leave the company, or being reassigned to other work. Long story short, last March, it was a full chatbox. By June, I only talk to one or two persons (Gen, and my close co-worker).

And yes, there are times that I experience a bit of depression and anxiety, and I try to ease it off by doing other hobbies, or just walking outside my house when there is a chance.

And that's when I started to think of reconsidering restarting my Wattpad hobby. Well this week, I seeked advice with my parents, as well as Gen. Since I am working from home, I have a loooots of time to make some new content in this...hehehe... dilapidated account. Well, we have abandoned this account at least twice! Hehehe!

Besides, I realized that this account will be reaching its 5th birthday this November! Yeeee!!! That's quiet an achievement.

Well, lots have changed since the last time I become active in Wattpad. The app has a lot of changes (btw, what in the world is coins and Wattpad Premium?!), my profile shed some followers, which is quiet expected, and some of my close friends that I noticed are now inactive.

And for this reasons, I would like to thank jaydefied Ciariah_Angels and  @-YrishaStar- (sorry, can't tag you 😢😢😢) for welcoming me back here.

Okay, here are my points for my return to Wattpad:

1) Yes, I'm officially back on Wattpad effective after publishing this entry!

2) Some sad news, my original partner Gen has retired from writing on Wattpad since he somehow lost steam of story ideas. 😅😅😅 Don't worry though, we're still a team to beat! 😜😜😜 And he will continue to support me with my newly-revivied Wattpad career 😘😘😘

And with that, expect some changes on some content with my profile. Some chapters of some works (including this book), along with an another entire book will be unpublished, so we can read and relive the days privately. 😍😍😍

3) In return, I am teaming up with my student and protege LadyIllya !

During semi-hiatus period, I have teaching my friend of some of my experiences from Wattpad. She was supposed to unveil her first work last year, but it was postponed indefinitely due to the same reasons as I am...lots and lots of work.

So now, since I decided to return to writing, I've invited my friend to work with me to make new stories! I'm so excited! Btw, LadyIllya's account will serve as our backup account moving forward.

3) And speaking of stories, I have new story ideas stirring up my mind and ready to be translated into words! That's why one of these days, I will needing your help of making some covers while writing my stories.

For the meantime, though, I will published some finished chapters I've wrote with Gen, including "My Forever Rival", "Reverse Rainbow" (the rebooted English version, I might tuned some chapters a bit), and a bit of "Gaia". You may check those out, along with our other finished works while you have the time. I will publish these twice a week before I proceed with our newest work. I may even introduce to my partner one of these days!

To close this one off, I would like to talk a bit about my favorite character, Chika Takami. (btw, new Love Live anime will be premiering this week! I'm so excited!)

She's my spirit animal, actually. If you ever watch Love Live Sunshine, where she is one of the main characters, she does things she even know to do before, and nothing's gonna stop her. But in times that even her energetic and sometimes bubbly personality does not work, she is not afraid to weep. She is not afraid of showing that emotions, because after that...she comes out even stronger and better. That's why I believe that she is one of the bravest characters I've ever know.

I want to be like her...nothing must stop me from writing my new ideas. I may be down sometimes, I want to go back writing...especially during this pandemic. I have lots of time on the world to write. I may even start to write a book right now...but I don't...hehehe...first, I want to see my situation at hand in Wattpad before planning anything.

Anyways, Gen-Rin is open for business, once again! I'll see you next time!
