Luke's POV:

I skipped another rock across the water when my phone buzzed. Pulling it out of my pocket I saw it was a message from Niall.

From: Ni
Hey, where are you?

Sighing, I began to type back.

To: Ni
Just hanging around the pond...why?

Niall messaged back saying he was coming to find me. Great.

Continuing to skip rocks across the water, I suddenly heard a twig snap behind me. Niall has arrived.

Turning around I was expecting to see a short, lilac dyed hair boy but instead saw the one girl who had my heart pounding hard.

Ari.

Iris' POV:

Liam walked out of the locker room but sadly he had out a shirt on.

He smirked as soon as he saw me, making his way over.

"So Iris....are you busy tonight?"

I could feel the blood rush to my cheeks, hoping he wouldn't notice.

"No, I don't think I am. Why?" I asked, still trying to tame my red cheeks.

Liam chuckled and poked my cheek, "You're blushing," he said, stating the obvious.

I heard a gagging noise and turned to see Jess and Niall pretending that they were throwing up. Their maturity level is really low.

Liam cleared his throat which caused me to bring my attention back to him.

"So I'll pick you up at seven? We can go out or chill at my place if you'd like?"

I gave him a thumbs up, making my way over to Jess, who actually gagged herself accidentally.

I slapped her back, trying to get her to stop coughing. I saw that Niall wasn't helping because he was too busy laughing his head off. Continuing to hit her back, Jess finally began to breath normally. She looked up at me and smirked.

"So you've got a date with the infamous Liam Payne?" She asked knowingly.

Flipping her off, I grabbed my bag off the ground and made my way towards the parking lot.

As soon as stepped foot outside, the wind began biting at my skin causing my skin to flush instantly.

Pulling my flannel out of my bag, I threw it over my shoulders though it didn't help much.

I hate windy days.

Ari's POV:

As soon as Luke made eye contact with me, his eyes went cold.

"Why in the hell are you here? Im waiting for Niall," he said, voice harsh. I was expecting him to act this way, considering the way I treated him. Sighing I responded.

"Niall actually sent me. I came to apologize," I stated calmly. I didn't want to make him more upset by raising my voice at him.

Luke scoffed, turning away from me, "Well I don't want to hear it, go away."

I sighed heavily and walked towards him. "Luke please hear me out, and didn't mean to make it seem like I did t like you because I do, believe me when I say that. I was just afraid of how Jess and Iris would act, they can be judgmental without realizing it. So plea-"

I was cut off when Luke turned around and slammed his lips to mine. After a few seconds he pulled away, smiling.

"Ari, this isn't a book, I already forgave you when you first showed up here," his smile widened.

That little fucker.
