My last period was P.E. and luckily I had both Brad and Rebecca in this class. Aparently we were going to be learning about self defence for the next few months, due to a special request from the principle because there had been more rogue sitings in the area. Oh, I forgot to mention most of the people in the school, teachers included, were werewolf's. I walked out from the girls changing rooms to find my friend from New York standing in front of the class, talking to a few students.
He scanned the room and saw me,"Lexi!" and came over to give me a hug. "Dan!? Oh my god! What are you doing here?" I was so surprised yet happy. "Well remember I told you I got a job as a P.E. teacher? Well this is it." He explained smiling down at me. Rebecca came over with a questioning look on her face, "You know each other?" I pulled out of the hug,"Yeah he was my self defence teacher back in New York. She looked at me surprised, then turned to greet Dan. "Well it's nice to meet you sir. I'm Rebecca" she said holding out her hand. "Hi and please. I beg you, don't call me sir, it makes me feel like an old man. Just call me Dan." he smiled as he took her hand. Once there hands touched I felt a sudden aura surround them. They were mates. I looked at their faces to find that they were staring at each other like there was no one else in the room. I looked away, it made me feel as if I was intruding on something private. A loud thud from the supplies room, seemed to bring them back into reality and they let go of each others hands slowly, hesitantly, like they didn't really want to. I noticed that most of the class had now come out of the changing rooms and was waiting for class to begin. I nudged Dan telling him to go to the front of the class. I raised my eyebrow at Rebecca and mouthed, 'is he the one?' she was still looking after him when she nodded.
"Hi everyone my name is Daniel Foster, I'm from New York and I'm going to be your new P.E. teacher. Please I beg you do not, I repeat do not call me sir, it makes me feel like an old man." This earned a few laughs and giggles. "Right, now lets begin. For the next few months I am going to be teaching you about self defence and maybe marshall arts." this got all the students attention," One of my former students is in this room. Lexi would you please come to the front? I would like us to demonstrate a scenario in which we would need to defend ourselves." I walked up to the front of the class as I passed I noticed that most of them seemed to be laughing at me. Expecting me to fail, i presume. I rolled my eyes, ha this was sure to knock their socks off. I stood next to Daniel as he explained the scenario. "Alright, now you are walking own the street and someone is trying to kidnap you." I thought about it for a while then said,"Okay" I took a few steps foward as I pulled my hair into a pony tail. Daniel went to stand a few feet behind me as I waited for the attack. I stood in a relaxed position and waited until his large hand covered my mouth to stop me from screaming and his other hand grabbed my arm. I turned around so fast he barely registered in his mind. I smirked, it seems he's forgotten how fast I am. I was about to knee him 'where the sun don't shine no more' but he caught my knee. Still seeing this as an advantage I took a step back with the foot that was on the ground and using him as a support, I kicked my leg onto his shoulders and twisted it around his neck. None of my feet were touching the ground anymore. I could here gasps and whispers coming from the class. I then flung my body to the side and since I was still in his grasp he went with me, out of reflex he let go of me to break our fall, but immediately he let go of me I used his as a support again and flung my self away from him, landing in a crouch about a foot way from him. I stood up at the same time he did, because he had managed to break his fall. During our mini battle I hadn't even broken into a sweat because we had practiced that move many times before. I looked at him and smiled to indicate that I wasn't hurt or anything. I turned towards the class and saw that they all had looks of shock, awe and fear painted on their faces. Others were simply dumbfounded. Ha, take that bitches.
"Now Lexi is at a very advanced stage so I won't expect you to be able to do that anytime soon. Though by the end of this semester you will be at her current level." Everyone calmed down at the sound of this news. "We will just start with a basic movement called the jab. I would like you to split up into two groups. Lexi will be responsible for one and I the other.
