"Mom I can't live without wi-fi"

"Pfft... sweetie you'll live."

"Noooooo!!! You don't understand."

"Oh please. When I was you age I-..."

Here we go again...

Whenever she says that I zoned out... and I mean completely.

Do all adults do this? Like in today's time is called today not back then for a reason.

Don't get me wrong I love my parents, but they seriously need to understand that things changed.

"Makenzie... Hello???... Anyone home?"

She tapped my head and that's when I snapped back into reality.

My name is Makenzie Franco. I'm your average 16 year old girl that is obsessed with Starbucks, social media, music, and etc. My family is pretty typical too... well as typical and normal as any family can ever be. My parents are happily married and I have a little 2 year year old munchkin of a sister. Her name is Mia Franco. She came out as an "accident", but she in my opinion she is the best accident that could've happened to the family.

I guess you can call me the typical white girl.

Currently we we're leaving to go on a cruise for 10 weeks. We will be going to several different places. Starting off with the UK.

"Yo Kenzie. Get your ass over here."

"NICHOLAS DEREK FRANCO WATCH YOUR LANGUAGE!"

"Sorry mom."

Oh yeah...

I forgot to mention that I had an obnoxious twin brother. I love him, but at the same time I wanted to strangle his head off. He and I are usually very protective of eachother, but the kindness only goes so far. He's a jock on so many levels, and he's pretty good looking, but I would never compliment him because his head is already big enough. He is a womanizer, which in my opinion is quite sickening. (Throws up... just kidding, but I want to.) He has so many girls at Northshire that he can't even remember their names. I mean I get my fair share of boys, but I don't sleep with them and throw them away like used Kleenex tissues. I find that quite revolting, and I would hate to be played, so why would I ever do it to anyone else? My brother has an entirely different stand point, and view. As he always says Why waste a perfectly good lay? Gross right?

Overall Nic is a good brother to both Mia and I. He cares about us, but doesn't want to admit it because it'd ruin his "manly reputation" pfffft...

Do you know what I mean?

"KENZIE!!!"

Ughhhhh...

"Coming!"

I silently mumbled "That bitch" under my breath so no one can hear, but I guess I was wrong because the next thing I know my mom was yelling at me to watch my language.

I ran upstairs into Nic's room and the smell of ax and cologne is just overwhelming that my breakfast was threatening to make a reappearnce on the floor any minute now.

"Nicole you called? What did you need?"

You can visibly see my brother grimicing, but he thinks that I didn't notice it by covering it up with a smartass comment.

"My dear sweet sister, or should I say brother?..."

"What do you mean??? Wait nooo!!! Don't you dare go there!"

Do you guys know where this is going? Well I'm pretty sure my readers have some sort of common sense right? Where girls call guys feminin names and guys make up masculine names for girls. Or is this just me?

"Kendrick! I need you to help me pack."

"Ohhh no you didn't!"

"I just did baby."

Can anything be more gross? For your twin brother that was in the womb with you for 9 months, and has been there for you since day 1, to call you his baby? I mean I was only born 2 minutes after...

"DON'T CALL ME THAT!"

From downstairs our parent's voice can be heard telling us to keep it down, but they already knows how this works. If they didn't then it would be kind of scary. They said that they'd be up in 10 minutes since Nicolas' and my fight usually don't last any longer than that.

The usual routine was for me and Nicole over there. We bicker and bicker until we are literally strangling eachother on the floor and then we give up and make up again, but after we make up a stupid bet. The loser would need to comply to all the rules for the rest of the month or so.

In the next 5 minutes everything happened like a rehearsed play, but it may have been since we did do it for like 16 years already.

Our 17th birthday is in 2 weeks, so our parents thought that they would us all out on a cruise to relax. It is currently second week, 4th day, 17 hours, 29 minutes, and 13 seconds into our summer break, but whose counting right? Definitely not me!

Our parent pried us off of each other. My dad had my brother and my mom had me. Mia tagged alng behind them and just the sight if her relaxed both Nic and I. Though Nic didn't like to admit that he cared a great deal about Mia, but I knew that he did.

In the next hour we were off to the airport to Florida to start the vacation of my life, as cheesy as that sounds I really needed to get my mind off of school, and I knew Nic did too.

Well this is quite a typical for a day with the Francos.
