after a while of driving, dream finally posed the question.
"where should we perform first?"

"well," george cleared his throat. "we will have to take out loan from the bank, and we have to find a name for ourselves, find a choreographer, rent a studio, then we'll have to find a place to book us."

"that's where you don't have to worry," dream chuckled. "i already took out a loan. and I bought a small studio to practice in."

"what about everything else?" sapnap chimed in.

george took out his phone. "there's an ex-ballerina named mandy froes who can be a choreographer."

dream snorted. "a ballerina? isn't there anyone else?"

sapnap pulled up craigslist. "i could put out an ad on craigslist?"

george shook his head.
"i really think we should go with mandy. it's only $50 an hour. that's cheap! especially for a professional ballerina."

sapnap turned off his phone. "fine, i'm good with it. i don't wanna argue."

dream adjusted his rear view mirror to the car behind him. "seriously? do you think she knows anything other than, like, pirouettes and sashés?"

"she's not a dud, dream." george studied outside his window for a second. "please, it's so cheap! it's our perfect option!"

dream stopped at a traffic light. he looked at george's phone. he stared at it for a little bit.

at last, he gave in.

"okay, okay." he began driving when the stoplight turned green. "we'll see how she is for one day, and if we don't like her, then we'll find someone else."

george turned towards sapnap. "what do you think?"

sapnap nodded.
"okay!" george said. "i'll send her a message!"

and that was that. except..

"wait," george sat up. "what are we gonna call ourselves?"

sapnap took a sip of his soda. "what about plain old 'dream team'?"

"oh, yeah! okay!" george went back to typing on his phone.

"teamwork makes the dream work!" dream laughed at himself.

"in this case, it's 'make dream work', haha.." george punched dream in the arm jokingly.

"hey! we'll spread out the work evenly." dream smiled and let out a small giggle.

"yea, yeah. sure." sapnap said, and grinned.

the three of them continued making jokes the rest of the way back to dream's house. after mandy had been messaged, they had a meeting with her at the studio soon.
they were all excited, but dream had uncertainties still.
