We got seated at the restaurant lily was a fussy mess sitting in a high chair
"Babygirl" I stroked her hair trying to calm her down
Even though the twins are obviously the same age lily is mentally one year behind her brother we don't know why we're taking her to the doctors next week
"Mommy" she wined
"What's up pumpkin" I said giving her my full attention
"Up" she said reaching her arms to me
I picked her up and she snuggled into me
I helped Q, Santana, and Brittany with keeping track of what all the kids wanted
"And now my Lilly girl what do you want bubba" my wife asked her
"Nunin"
"Let's get you just a little something my baby's not going to sleep with an empty tummy" I said stroking her strawberry blonde hair
"What about some nuggets" she just nodded
I looked at Quinn a little concerned
She just shrugged but came over to us
She bent down next to our chair so she could she Lily's face resting on my shoulder
"You feel alright Bubbie" she asked feeling her forehead and cheeks
"She has a low fever" Quinn told me
I went to speak again but was interrupted by liv
"Mommy?"
"What is it angel" I asked looking at her on Brittanys lap
"I have to go potty"
"I'll take you baby" q said standing up
"No mommy" I looked up at my blonde partner
"She's gelous I'll take her keep my lily girl happy" I said standing up handing lily off she wined at the change of position but soon was comfortable when she realized it was her mama
Quinn's POV
"Come on baby let's sit down" I said going back to my seat
The kids started getting antsy
Except for lily who was on my lap thumb in her mouth looking like she could fall asleep any second
Lucas was sitting nicely like a little angel
Olivia was in the bathroom
But Caden just keeps yelling for no reason
"Caden baby boy please sissy doesn't feel well" he only got louder making lily cry
"Caden Hudson" Rachel said sternly as she came back just in time
He is the only kid who is scared of Rachel when she's mad I'm usually the one giving punishments
I bounced lily in my lap to settle her she cried turned to whimpers
After about about her 30 minutes our food came
I sat lily in the high chair for her to start screaming
I quickly picked her back up
She was stressing me out I know she can't help it cause she doesn't feel good but when one kid gets sick it makes everything 3x harder
"I might have to take her to the car she won't calm down"
"Let me do it" Rachel said taking her
"Eat your food baby, don't worry she's alright" Rachel kissed me before walking out
We ate Santana and Brittany offered to take a couple of our kids to help us better tend to lily
"That would be amazing who do you want"
"Who wants to go to auntie Brit and auntie tanas for a sleepover" Brittany asked
"Why don't you take the boys and we'll have the girls" they nodded
"Mama I wanted to go" Olivia wined
"Baby well have fun too"
"Your lieing your going t one with lily the whole time"
"Baby she's sick" I told her
"It's not fair" she said tears forming in her eyes
"Why don't I see if your grandpas can take you, or do you want to go with grandma"
"No grandma is mean to me when Lucas isn't there"
"What that's not true"
"Yes it is mama" Lucas interrupted
I looked at Rachel had my mom been bullying my mini me
"Liv why didn't yo yeah anything" she shrugged
I sighed
"It's not your fault princess it's mamas"
"Why you didn't do anything"
"She's rude to you cause your the mini version of me" I pressed a kiss to her head
"I texted my dads they will be her in 10"
"Will you be okay with papa and grandpa" I asked she nodded
"I think we're going to leave guys" Santana announce they said goodbye to everyone
"Bye liv I love you" Brittany said
"Love you auntie Britt" Olivia sighed
And looked at Santana
I know she always felt left out when it came to love from auntie tana
"I wasn't going to forget you neña" she said getting up and hugging her
"I love you pequinta be good" Santana kissed her
"I love you tana" she hugged her legs
I smiled
"Bye lily girl feel better princess" she kissed her hair before they left
Come give your mommy some snuggles before grandpa and papa steal you" Rachel said with open arms
