"One caramel Frappacino please!" you leaned at the table with a smile, handing the drink to the girl that came over to the counter. It was your shift today, right before you left for class. "Here you go sweetheart." she grinned while taking the drink. Your eyes scanned the clock, just about to switch out when you saw your coworker come in to take over. "Get changed I'll take the next order." you advised.

"Thanks (Y/N) you're an angel." you just waved, calling the next person to the counter.

"Coffee, black." The tone of this person was deeper, and his head was bent, you found yourself straining to make out his face. He sounded awfully familiar though. You moved to the machine, making his drink quickly. When he handed you a twenty dollar bill, you clicked the register.

"Keep the change." The minute he had the drink he turned, ducking out of there. You stared at him as he walked away, and when you felt a tap on your shoulder you smiled, pulling off your apron. You grabbed your bag, bidding goodbye. As you stepped out of the shop, you could see him, moving slowly down the street. His eyes would move from one area to the other. As if taking it all in.

"So maybe he's not from here." But he was wearing  a STAR Labs T-shirt. After the explosion not much happened in that building. So he must have been someone close to Harrison Wells. You sped up, trying to get to him.

"Hey!" He tensed, looking back to see. When you glimpsed the side of his face your eyes widened. There was a huge scar on the right side of his face. You slowed down, not sure what to say now. You just called out a complete stranger. And now you were staring at him. From the way he acted in Jitters he was obviously self conscious of the scar. His eyes hardened, and he looked about ready to take off.

"Wait don't go I'm sorry!" you ran over getting in front of him. Now that you were blocking his way, his face looked that more aggravated.

"What do you want." You supposed you deserved the hostility.

"I'm sorry for staring that was rude. I just really wanted to talk to you. I feel like I've met you somewhere before. " That sounded like an awful pick up line.

"I swear I'm not trying to hit on you! " His body relaxed a little, and you were thankful. Maybe he didn't hate your guts entirely.

"We've never met before. You're mistaken."

"You're lying." He was stunned at the confidence of your reply.

"You crossed your arms when you said it, and your eyes shifted."

"What are you, a detective." You knew he was being sarcastic, but it still made you grin.

"In training. I'm studying criminology."

"You should leave that to the professionals. Don't waste your time helping people. In the end you'll be the one who needs saving." you blinked at that.

"You...I knew it! I knew we met before. You're the guy from that car accident a few days ago." From the look in his eyes, he must have just recognized you too.

"You..." before you could ask him anything he disappeared. All you saw was streaks of blue lightning. You gasped, clutching your bag tighter to your body. The wind had tossed your hair crazily.

"Double Woah..."

At least this time you had an idea where you could find him.

"STAR Labs." After your shift tomorrow you were definitely stopping by.
