"Greetings, Mother, Father. "

I said as soon as I reached the living room. I'm wearing a black dress with a low cut on the front, partnered with a 3- inch black heels. I keep my make up light and curl my hair a little to match my clothes.

"You look beautiful, Ate."

I look at Thirdy, he's wearing a black long sleeve buttoned up polo, with a black pants. While Hannah has a cute mini dress, matching her stature.

"You too." I sweetly smile at him until our conversation gets interrupted by my father.

"Let's get going, I don't wanna be late."

The thing is, On a family like us, Celebrating the occasion is different. It wasn't just visiting the grave because after that a party would be held and that's why all of us are dress like this.

I sighed feeling defeated all at once. This is exhausting. Keeping my face neutral takes a lot of self control not to react upon situations.

I entered our family's black Mercedes, seating with me is Thirdy, as we settled on our seat, I ask right away.

"Where's the others?" By others; I mean his squad: Ate Scar, Delice and the rest.

"They went ahead. You took long to get ready y'know." I internally rolled my eyes; If they weren't asking for me to look like an eldest of Evans, I wouldn't have took 2 hours to prepare jeez. But I can't say that to him, Can I?

"I'm sorry." I muttered instead, knowing that if I threw a counter comeback, It wouldn't give him a good influence. You see, every action my siblings does reflects my own, and that's why I have to keep a good sister act, Even if most of the time, I was just being too kind.

"It's fine Ate,  you didn't do anything wrong why apologize?"

I just smiled not bothering to answer anymore as I grew silent over the ride to our destination.

The visit was unbelievable short for a normal visitation, I hardly even prays for their soul- being.

Now, I'm standing somewhere in the middle of the party. Surrounded by business freaks, like my parents, greeting everyone, faking a smile and being mindful towards my actions. Gosh, I just really want to go home. Thankfully, My hours of keeping a fake smile towards my relatives and Thirdy's squad is over. It almost took all my sanity, no kidding.

I was about to turn around and go get myself a wine or something to ease my tense body when I heard my mom called. I immediately went to walk on her way.

"What is it mother?" I ask vowing a little at the people she's with. My mother smile at the action: a smile that tells how proud she is with how I act.

"Daughter, meet one of your possible in laws. Mr. And Mrs. David, Mr. Langston and Mrs. Tyrell." I was speechless for a moment hearing what she said but I have to say something, move!

Gritting my teeth, as I clenched my knuckles, I was about to retort when I heard my mother whispered.

"Behave Liza, you're still my daughter." I hissed looking straight on her eyes as I close it again, I lost. I can't disagree nor disobey. I can't do it, I just can't.

You're such a coward Liza!

I know I am.

"Greetings everyone, I am Liza Evans, the eldest of the Evans Family." I mustered forcing a tight lipped smile, As I snatch a glass of red wine when a waiter passed by.
