for the five years I have known Eliza, I have never seen her so distraught

for her, family is everything

for me, its not. they died a long time ago.

yet I do care about Eliza, so here I am, on my way to visit her sister in hospital

she looked so helpless, lying in that hospital bed. 

however, that changed to disgust when she saw me walk in

'ugh, where are my family? and why the fuck are you here?' she said

'technically we are family now?'

'you know what I mean'

'they're on their way, I'm just here for the meantime' I replied

'well I wouldn't be so sure you're wanted here, leave'

not wanting to make it worse, I left without a word

well this is bullshit.

lets be honest, with an estimated two weeks left to live, I couldn't be any less

bothered with ladies etiquette 

saying it out loud feels like an omen
