Cry To The Night

The dark cloud came above the Vinyl City, hiding the stars and moon.
The storm came to the city. Late was already that day, around 10 Pm.
And yet Tatiana wasn't done with papers. She sighed, rubbing her eyes and drinking coffee after.
Being a mayor to this city wasn't easy, she was new to this, only three years she spent in this office.
She looked outside of the giant window, it was raining outside, lighting showed there and there.
She grabbed her, now empty, mug and went to employee's kitchen. Making herself a new coffee.
She grabbed the mug and went back to her office.
On her way she stopped by the small window, which was slightly open, letting the cold rain wind go inside.
She listened to rain and it's playing on the window, but something else caught her ears, crying.
Crying from small child, well more like baby. Tatiana needed to know, where it was coming from.
She put down the mug and grabbed her umbrella, opening it before she got out.
The rain played rough melody along with the lighting as background.
Tatiana listened more closely to crying, it lead her to smaller street, at end of it was laying box, now wet from the rain.
Blanket was inside the box.
Tatiana's eyes widen, when the blanket moved.

"Oh, dear."

She said. She moved the blanket away little bit more, small nose appeared underneath it.
Tatiana gasped in shock.
The lighting striked, waking up the baby's crying again.
Tatiana picked the baby from the wet box and took it back to NSR tower.
Tatiana put the umbrella away, before turning her attention to the baby.
She rocked them to their sleep, she found fluffy and warm blanket. She wrapped the baby in it.
A smile appeared on baby's face as they slept peacefully.
Tatiana was still in shock, how someone could leave baby like that?
Later she found out the baby is a girl.
She'll kept her, take care of her and rise her as her own.

And her name will be (y/n).
