Anna's POV:
So me and Ag decided we were going to go to the mall today so we've been getting ready for the past hour and a half. She's been walking and acting weird but I don't think anything is wrong so I'm not going to ask and her just be fine and I'm just overthinking.
*TIME SKIP *
We just got to the mall and ag has been looking around like she's been waiting for someone to show their face. "hey bubba are you ok?" I asked getting worried "yea mama I'm fine just this place has a lot of people you know?" she asked and I definitely could tell something was going on but I didn't want to push to hard and her close up on me so I just replied with "yea I know."
Ag POV:
So that guy that anna kissed to make sure I didn't get hurt texted me last night but I don't want to worry anna so I just haven't told her but I think she can tell something is wrong and I've been walking weird because I have a gun in my belt don't worry I have a permit ever since that kid shot me at the hospital. I honestly things I should just get a room there considering I'm always getting hurt protecting anna. Then whenever me and anna decided to get food I saw him "hey I'll be right back mama I have to go use the bathroom ok?" I asked anna "yea ok I'll be waiting" so I walked over to him and he said "so I see that you still have anna right under you belt when I warned her that you were gonna get hurt if she went back to you" "yea but our love is stronger than you and your hate for us and our relationship" I replied and walked away. "AG WATCH OUT" I heard anna scream and without even thinking I turned around ducked and pulled my gun out and shot him. All I saw was him stumble backwards and drop the knife that was in his hand "bubba are you ok?" I heard anna ask behind me "yea yea I'm fine... I just shot him" I stated dumbfounded by what I did. "he was gonna stab you, you did what was necessary to defend yourself" I heard a security guard say behind me. "all the cops will need is a statement and you can go home and if they don't believe you used self defense I'll tell them myself".
*TIME SKIP*
We were back home and I went to the bathroom to clean myself up. When I got out anna was sitting on the toilet waiting for me "you knew he was gonna be there didn't you?" she asked "yes I did but I didn't want to worry you because I knew I could handle it" I answered. Great now she's mad at me.
