Here I sit next to a pond. I was taking a walk earlier and decided to rest for a bit. I knew I was near a park because I heard a band playing. I figure I might as well go see what this acoustic band has to offer. I get up from my spot and slowly walk over pulling my sweater sleeves over my hands and watch my breath slowly cloud into the air.

As I walk closer I see three people sitting on a picnic table. One has an acoustic guitar and looks very formal, another has bleached spiked hair and looks very vampire like, and the third intrigues me. He sits on a box drum beside the table. He has on a hat and scarf with a white shirt and brown vest over it. Very pirate like. I decide to sit down with the small crowd that gathered. I immediately fell in love with the lead singers voice . I stay there for a few minutes just basking in the music. I can't seem to take my gaze of the pirate looking one. They finish there small set and start packing up as the crowd disperses. I slowly walk up to them.

"Hey! I just wanted to tell you guys how great you did. I've never heard music like that before." I say slightly shocked that I'm talking to strangers and my anxiety isn't out of wack.

"Thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed it!" The formal one said. "In Sebastian, This is my brother Remington" he motioned to the lead singer, "and this is my other brother em-" he got cut off by a voice coming from the side of me.

"My names Emerson." He stated holding his hand out. I put my hand in it expecting him to shake it but he brought my knuckles to his lips kissing them. I grinned as I watched the the lead singer, Remington grin at us. I shrugged it off and asked what their band was called and if they had an Instagram. As I walked away I followed them only to receive a follow request and DM a few minutes later.
