Gabriella typed the code and pushed her apartment's door open.

She kept laughing in her as she saw the expression of that Jason guy in the rearview mirror, he probably thought that she said yes and she would die to meet him when she smiled as she said the Italian words

Americans

She's sure he didn't speak Italian and this is the funniest part.

But if she was quite honest with herself, she had a feeling the she would meet him soon again, maybe she'll find him or maybe he will.

She closed the door behind her and Isabella jumped in front of her, almost causing her a heart attack.

"Jesus Bella!" She squeaked putting a hand on her chest, making sure her heart was still in place.

Isabella rolled her eyes then stared at her cousin raising an eyebrow.

"Did anyone see you?" She asked her suspiciously, it'd be a problem if anyone did.

Gabriella took off her heels and walked further into her apartment, heading to the kitchen with Bella following her.

"What are you talking about?" Gabby asked her, opening the fridge and brought out a bottle of water and poured it all in a huge glass, God knows how thirsty she was.

"When you shot him, did anyone see you?" She clarified and Gabriella choke in the water.

She'd say she didn't hear her quite right, but her voice literally echoed in the place.

"What! No! Of course not, why would I do such thing!"

"Then what happened?! You just sat there and chatted with the man-whore for a while?" Isabella said sarcastically and Gabriella glared at her.

"Well I'll gladly say that was what happened, and you don't know the guy so stop calling him names" She found herself coping his words from earlier.

Well, you don't know me.

Damn it!

"Oh, is it my ears or are you defending him! What is wrong with you?" Bella raised her voice a little and Gabriella walked towards her bedroom trying hard to avoid her cousin's questions.

She wasn't defending him.

She was stating the obvious.

Stating the obvious? My ass! Her subconscious scoffed and Gabriella huffed in frustration.

"Hey I'm talking to you!" Isabella pushed the door when Gabby tried to shut it, "you can't defend a sick fuck like him he practically..."

"He didn't do anything!" Gabriella shouted finally losing it, "I was the one who made a move on him, but he didn't return it."

Isabella's eyes widened at her words but they hardened almost immediately after that.

"Hey lied to you." She told her with unshakable voice, "he lied to you and you believed him."

"He didn't lie to me." Gabriella said calmly as she opened her walk-in closet, with Bella following her like a shadow.

"Yeah of course." Bella rolled her eyes and chuckled, why is she so naive.

"I remembered what happened alright!" Now that wasn't a total lie, she did in fact remember him yanking her out of the shower, she didn't exactly remember the kiss he told her about, but it's the same, right?

"I'm gonna go now, I'll call you later." Isabella's voice was so low and unexpectedly calm.

It's really rare to see her cousin this intimidatingly calm, it's so unlike her true funny careless self.
