Scarlett's eyes were fixated on the picture as if it was going to start talking to her and answer all her silent questions, she didn't even know what letters were included in questions, but she knew she was afraid of them.
She shut her computer, what was thinking?
Oh God, that was a good question.
She opened it again.
No, she had matters to attend to, like the fact that she was going to, along with the drama teacher and another student, judge who would get in the team.
Tori looked like she knew exactly what she was doing, and that was good, it saved Scarlett the embarrassment of passing her down.

"Mom." She changed her tab, then felt stupid, it was just a picture.
"I just wanted to tell you that I can't go out tonight."
"But it's Jackie, and Natalie Portman, our favorite actress..." Scarlett babbled, frowning at her mother.
"I know, I am sorry honey. Duty calls."
"It's fine, I'll drown my sorrows in Netflix." She dramatically sighed.
