Chapter 23: I'll Wait For You

Arriving at the station, Kageyama said he had something to talk to Kuroo so Hinata went ahead first after giving Kenma a small peck on the cheeks and waving goodbye.

"So...what did you want to talk about... Kageyama?" Kuroo thought that Kegeyama might not like him calling his first name so he decides to not call him that.

"...You can call me like you did before you know..." Kageyama was already used to Kuroo calling him that so he was not happy when Kuroo called him Kageyama again since he had recognise Kuroo as one of his close 'friend', for now.

"And...if you could... please wait till I'm ready to tell you everything about what had happened?" Kageyama was not sure to talk about this but he decides to brave up and talk about it.

There was silence for quite some time, Kageyama thought that he had misunderstood something and was starting to regret what he had just did.

" U-uh... Sorry if I misunderstood something! T-the train is coming soon...I should go now... "

Just as Kageyama was about to turn and leave, Kuroo grabbed Kageyama's hand and pulled him into his arms.

"Okay... I'll wait for you... I'll wait for you till you're ready to open up to me Tobio-chan..." Kuroo said as he hugged Kageyama in his arms.

"Mhm... Thank you..." Kageyama was enjoying the warmness in Kuroo's arms until he heard the announcement saying that his train to go back to Miyagi would be arriving soon.

He felt sad when he heard the announcement but he had to go because he has school tomorrow and Hinata is waiting for him at the train platform.

"Well I have to go now since my train is coming..." They broke off their hug.

"See you next time?" Kuroo gave Kageyama a soft smile.

"Mhm...I'm sure we would meet very soon since I would be coming with Hinata now whenever he wants to find Kenma." Kageyama haven't left yet but he was already excited for the next meeting with Kuroo.

After they said goodbye, Kageyama ran off as the train is almost arriving. Hinata was already waiting in the train and Kageyama arrived just in time to the train before the door closed.

"Umm... Kageyama...Are you still okay with Kuroo-san? " Hinata told Kenma he was alright but actually he's still worried that he might have ruined Kageyama and Kuroo's relationship.

"*huff**huff* Hmm? What did you mean by okay?" Kegeyama was still taking breaths from running over to the train and doesn't know what Hinata meant by that.

"Well I mean... The me and Kenma going to the shopping complex for a date was a plan of mine was actually for a double date as well...but that happened..." Hinata lower down his head feeling guilty.

"Huh? What do you mean by that? It's not even your fault that we met those bastards at the shopping complex boke! How would you know that they would be coming to Tokyo as well?"

"S-so you and Kuroo..."Hinata was so relieved and happy to hear that Kageyama doesn't blame him for what happened earlier.

" Y-Yeah...We're fine...and he even said he would wait for me... ///" Kageyama blushed as he talked about Kuroo.

" Oh~So I was worried for nothing at all! You guys' relationship is sailing so smoothly~" Seeing Kageyama blushed, Hinata couldn't help but to tease him.

On the other side...

Kenma who left with Hinata earlier went back to Kuroo after seeing Kageyama left.

"So I guess you guys worked out after all huh? Hinata was completely worried for nothing at all..." Kenma seeing Kuroo was in a good mood knew that everything turned out to be fine.

"Yeah... I guess..." Kuroo looked at his hands which had held Kageyama in his arms, still feeling the warmness of Kageyama.

"I'll be waiting for you Tobio-chan..." he said as he gave off a warm smile.
