"You are going to start talking soon, correct?" Vivian asked, huffing out a defeated breath and using her sword, instead, as a post to lean on. "Because, if you shall not inform me of where exactly you ran off to last night, I will have to come up with my own conclusions," Vivian smirked, "and neither of us want me to begin telling people what I think took place between you and the Ki-"

"That's enough." Alysane's voice sounded stern as it erupted out of her, as it was meant to, but there was a waver as she smiled back at her friend. Vivian was grinning, devilishly, regardless of Alysane's scolding. "Whatever your imagination has conjured, I am sure it is not what happened." She rolled her eyes, "We merely talked."
