Keiths pov,
I'm walking to the dining room to see haggar, lotor and zarcon at the table eating. "so brat, who was at the door" lotor asked the question rudely. I ignore him and walk over to Hagar and gave her the letter. " it's from the palace" she says." the Prince will be throwing a ball to find a bride-to-be tomorrow night" I smile with joy at the thought that I might get to go. Zarkon looks over at me and says." and I suppose you want to go as well" I nod slowly. Then lotor interrupts. "father you can't let him go, he's mute all he would do is embarrass us" His remarks made my blood boil but non-the-less I stay quiet (as usual) and allow Zarkon to finish what he was saying. Zarkon tells lotor to be quiet "if you can get all your chores done before tomorrow night, and clean the house the Whole house , and can find something suitable to wear, you may go to the ball" I nod happily, then go to finish my chores, and head off to the attic to go to bed. (Time skip brought to you by VOLTRON ) I wake up bright and early before the sun comes up, and start to clean the entire house, feed the animals, brush the horses. Then go back inside and make breakfast for everybody. Then make sure they have their clothes and shoes ready for tonight, after that I go up to my room. I take out an old suit I had Hidden behind broken dresser in the Attic. It was my fathers, I take it out and I start stich up the holes and rips. After two hours of sewing it was finally finished. I go back down to prepare lunch continue to clean and then next thing I know it 8 and time to get ready for the ball.
