Reminder: Ya'll alright listen up. I somehow follow some sequences from the original story but I added some things that i created on my own so.. yeah expect somethings that didn't happen in the storyline of Haikyuu as well.. hehehe enjoy!
*Sugawara's P.O.V.*
"Are you really okay with this, Suga-san? I... I don't like it at all!" Tanaka asked.
I know very well that the members are very worried about Kageyama becoming the setter for our team. I am as well upset about it hence my time on the court has became less and less now that if Kageyama becomes a regular.
I gave a calming smile towards them.
"Of course I'm disappointed. But...."
I paused and stood beside Kageyama and patted his shoulder, giving the brightest smile as I could.
"We want to show them how much Kageyama has changed since Junior High." I said.
They all nodded and they continued to talk. I now wondered what is taking Daichi and Himeji so long inside buying pork buns.
Wait a darn minute......
Daichi..... and.... Himeji..... alone..... HOLY ASAHI THIS CAN'T BE!
With a little hit in the head, I now realized that I am indeed in grave danger. Daichi... don't you dare blab nonsense!
Without further a do, I went inside the store and heard their conversation. Daichi was about to say those words I don't want Himeji to hear yet. I quickly ran in between them blocking Himeji from Daichi.
"DAIICHII-SAAAN!! What were you going to tell Himeji-san just now?" I said, giving Daichi a horrific smile.
I can clearly tell that Daichi gets the point why I am like this. I am not ready to tell her my feelings. I am also not ready to let Himeji know about me and my background. I know that she likes me because of my happy-go-lucky vibe and attitude, like being a "Mother" figure to the team, little did she know this warm smile of mine... is just a mere mask. Only Daichi knows this side of me.
I sighed.
"Daichi-san..... let's talk this out later, shall we?" I said still with the sarcastic tone.
He gulped and nodded. I then faced Himeji as my heart beats fast. I gave her a warm smile.
"Neh, neh Himeji-san, Don't believe what Daichi-san said. He jokes sometimes hahahaha."
She looks confuse about the situation. How cute can she be? With that expression of hers, it won't fail to give me butterflies in my stomach. I sighed.
"Look, Himeji-san. Can we just forget that this ever happe-"
Before I could continue, the two first years came inside chasing each other.
"AAHHH KAGEYAMA STAY AWAY FROM MEEEE!!! CAPTAIN SAVE ME!!" Hinata screamed, trying his best to loose Kageyama.
"BOKE HINATA BOKE!! TAKE BACK WHAT YOU SAID BOKEE!!" Kageyama screamed and chased him.
"Hoi! Stop running inside the store you two!" Daichi exclaimed.
With that, Hinata bumped into Daichi which made his weight pushed towards me as I on the other hand lost my balanced. Facing Himeji, what happened next was beyond expectations as my lips almost met hers. My lips only touched a bit of her lips just the by the corner.
