Tub

"It's too big", I said as I struggled with it.

"What do you mean? it fits perfectly", he groans," Hurry up!".

"Let me do it", he continues losing patience trying to take over.

"No, I can handle this", I said pushing his hand away.

"Fine, if you insist", letting go of her hands.

"You're trying too hard, relax".

"Finally! I thought I'd never open this lock". I sighed in relief.

"We would have been inside by now if you had let me done it".

"Nonsense", I replied hiccuping right after.

The alcohol has started to wear off a little but I was still very disoriented from what I can tell.

"Make yourself at home, if you want to take a shower there's the bathroom on your right, I'll bring you clothes if you need them", he said as he led me further in.

I looked around the house with the little conscious I have left, it looked pretty decent for a guy's house, maybe he lived here with someone else, too neat, it was too neat for a guy living alone.

The walls were painted in grey, the lights were dim, the couch felt so comfortable sinking my body in, everything added to my sleepiness and all I wanted to do at that moment was to fall into deep slumber.

the room felt cold but the alcohol still in my system heated up my body.

Donghyuck had gone off to his room to bring in some clothes for me to wear for the night.

"You reek of alcohol, don't even think of sleeping without taking a shower", he said as he tried to pull me up from the couch.

I whined and tried to pry him off me but he was stronger than I was, he succeeded in pulling me up by taking both of my arm and leading me to the bathroom.

Being pushed in the bathroom, I finally gave in. I started to slip off the garments that covered my body and got in the tub.

Opening the tap with luke warm water, I stayed in a position where I brought my legs up to my chest and hugged them. The water started to fill up the tub as I was lost in my thoughts.

When I noticed the water fill up half the tub I moved to turn on hot steaming water. Who doesn't like to bathe in hot water because I do, I felt my body start to relax and sink in the water.

When Donghyuck realised she hadn't come out of the bathroom for almost an hour he started to worry. It was awfully silent in there so he went to knock on the door.

"Haerin? Are you okay in there?", he knocked a few times but there was no answer.

"Hey, answer me you're making me worried", still no answer.

"I'm really going to open the door, answer if you don't want that".

Complete silence on the other side of the door.

He grew paranoid and opened the door in a hurry, luckily it wasn't locked from the inside.

He went in and saw the girl in the tub and got close to her. Only her head was not submerged, to him it looked like she was sleeping.

"I told you to take a shower, not a bath", he said," Are you sleeping?". He said he shook her shoulder.

"What am I suppose to do? Take you out of the tub while you're naked?", he said,

"Come on wake up", he tried to wake her up again.

Whatever tactic he was using wasn't working.

Hesitantly he starts to lift her up and cover her with the bath rob that was hung just beside the tub then he gently takes her up in bridal style and moves out of the bathroom.

He then lays her on his bed and tugged her in.

"Good night angel", he says but a hand grabs his wrist before he could get up and pulls him down.

Both of his hands lay on her side as she looked up at him, a little taken aback by the fact that she was awake he tried to get up.

"I didn't do anything-", he started and looked away.

"Why?", she asked cutting him off.

"What?", confused he quirked an eyebrow and looked at her.

"I mean I'm not dumb, why would someone as popular as you try to get close to me? I'm starting to think you like me".

"Where's all this confidence coming from when you're usually so timid", he brushed off her question.

"Are you not a least bit flustered with a girl naked in front of you?", she said a little sadness gleaming in her eyes.

"I'm not going to take advantage of you", he says as he pushed himself up and her arm lets go of his falling to her side while she looked at the ceiling.

"I'm not appealing enough aren't I?", her eyes started to well up.

"You don't need to look appealing to attract a real man", he looked at her and smiled.

"Sleep, you need it", he said as he wiped her tears with his thumb before leaving the room.
