Today I'm gonna go for a jog bc I haven't been on one every since I moved over here I already did my morning routine. Mattia and everyone else left for the store so it was just me. I just decided to make a quick smoothie to take with me.
I put my smoothie in a plain thermal cup and went upstairs to change. I slipped on my jogging clothes and walk outside.

I walked outside and the the semi warm heat hit me and it felt relaxing. I put my music in and began my jog.

Halfway through I feel my phone vibrate a lot and I stop, I look at my phone and see that it's Mattia calling I answer it while slightly panting. "H-hello" I said into the phone. "Where are you" he asked slightly mad. "I'm just going for a jog see you later love you babes" I said and hung up and finished my jog. I slightly ran back to the house and walked in, I quietly went upstairs and went into the bathroom and ran some cool water. I stripped my clothes and walked into the shower and closed the curtains.
