A Letter to my Body

13 1 1

How necessary you are

whose actions I can not fathom.

Trip after trip

to the throne of porcelain.

Always at my busiest moments,

like a twisted comedian.

Sometimes for gas,

Sometimes for crap.

I can never tell.

Random blurring vision,

unexplainable aches.

I do not blame you

for sudden pain in my left arm.

Sometimes I question you,

but you only get one.

Despite my qualms about you,

you are irreplaceable.

Just one request.

Ease up on the bathroom trips,

they're torture on the soul.

Signed,

your Brain.
