Kuroo leaned over your shoulder and stared at the biology question you were desperately trying to solve.

He gazed lovingly at you for another 5 minutes until he realised he should try and help.

"What's the problem?" He had immediately forgotten about the question the moment he started staring at you.

You sighed. "They asked me to define the eye." Letting your head hit the table with a soft thump, tears welled up in your eyes. "Why is biology so difficult?"

Kuroo softly snorted.

"What?" you snapped back.

"Your physics and chemistry are at nearly the top of our level, so why can't you do this?" Kuroo smiled teasingly.

"Kuroo-san." You poked his arm. "I need to go see Yakkun soon."

The smile froze on his face as you picked up your backpack and left his dorm.
