I ran up and look at all the photos I can find. I search and search until my hands become Weak. I lay down and hug my knees to my chest. I start crying. I picture dad, telling me to be the stronger person. To fight off anything or anyone that tries to hurt me. I pull out an envelope and read my dads handwriting. 'For Kathy. Whenever your ready'. I open it up to see pieces of writing and a few photos. Its a girl. Shes beautiful. Black long hair and pouty lips. Big eyes, although they look down and a smile, i think. You cant really tell. I read the letter.

Oh gosh! I cant believe Im writing to you. I have always wanted a sister. You have a lovely name. It suits you. I saw pictures of you. Our dad sent them. Hes amazing. Im so sad hes gone. I Barely knew him. I want to visit you. I...I dont know what to write. Heres my phone number. I hope oneday you will call. Until then I'll be waiting, at the end of the phone. Waiting for a sister.
