The day was hot and sweltering, so much so that the sensei both decided it was a good day to hold their class outside. The two worked together to properly instruct their students. "brother mayhaps we should take a break. We could give the kids some ice cream?" garm suggested as to which wu agreed with "sounds good. You stay here and finish the lesson, I'll go buy the ice cream" garmadon nodded "okay class!"

As wu was walking past the monastary doors and out into town, the sudden voice of misako stopped him in his tracks. She walked over promptly with a rather worried expression on her face. "what's wrong misako?" her expression soured as she layed a hand on the elderly man's arm. "I'm worried about garm. He told me he's been having strange dreams and I don't know what they mean"

That sure does sound like a problem. The spinjitsu master lifted his hand up to his forehead and massaged the bridge between his eyebrows. Of course.. How could he have been so blind? "I'll have a conversation with him about it later. Thank you for the information, Misako." she gave him the same soft, heartfelt smile she had given garmadon the night before. "of course. "

On the way to the store, wu couldn't help but wonder what had been happening to his older brother. He feared something like this would happen, but he had no clue it would be garmadon who was yet again a victim to evil. Why is it always him? Why must they always be on opposite sides?

Meanwhile, at the monastery, garmadon was awaiting his brother's arrival. Getting fidgeting and restless he began to play with his wrinkled fingers. The students had been playing in the grass and partaking in games like hide and seek or tag. It's good for them to get a break every once in a while. Garmadon couldn't help but smile at the children's laughter.

Suddenly, the sensei felt uneasy. A sickly feeling overtook his body and he began to feel nauseous. The sounds of the childrens laughter now amplified tenfold, he was suddenly hyper aware of the sounds around him. And then, darkness. He could have swore he was dead, until he felt the warm touch of a loved one. It was a feeling he recognized, but he couldn't quite pinpoint who the hand belonged to. Muffled, his name was being shouted relentlessly. The audio began to become clearer until he recognized the voice. It was his wife.
Oh my gods why must this happen so often. It was just the other night he had admitted to Misako about his nightmares. Why must he have so much happening to him in such a short time span?

Finally, he opened his eyes. The spinjitzu master was laying in the field with his wife hovering over him; her glasses laid off to the side and tears filling her eyes. "hey.. " garmadon said almost seductively. Misakos frown turned into a scowl as she smacked her husband's face lightly "DON'T 'HEY' ME!!" She shouted. "hey hey hey, I thought you said we were in this together" garmadon exclaimed, in a sad tone. Lifting himself and sitting upright, grasping misakos hands softly in his own. His wife faltered as her expression fell to a light frown. "you're right, I'm sorry you just scared me!" at the moment, wu had returned with the ice cream "oh no. What have I returned to?"

Sorry this one's short I'm gonna continue it in the next chapter.
