Fiona smiled brightly as she bounced up and down on her toes, seeing her friends that she sees as her children have the night of their lives, and she looked at Nightmarionne who smiled back, even though most of his face was obscured by the mask he wore whenever they were to go out in public or in an event such as these. It made her smile brighter though whenever he would take off his mask from his face, knowing that it meant that he's getting used to the space.
So she waited, talking to Nightmarionne and smiling proudly at her friends until she looked over after passing a plate of food and soda to someone who was hungry and tired to see that Nightmarionne had moved his mask away from his face, smiling at the crowd shyly. She smiled at him when he saw that she was looking, making him smile back at her, face slightly red.
"Wanna dance, Nightmarionne?" she asked, holding his hand and he smiled at her and nodded, and allowed her to pull him into the fray and the two started to dance in an almost tango style. Fiona laughed as Nightmarionne picked her up and swung her around, a big smile on his own accompanied by the red on his pale cheeks.
"You're face's aflame there, Nightmarionne." she smiled with a little giggle, making his face go more redder but he didn't mind the gentle tease from the shorter.
"And that I am fully aware that it'll happen tonight." he said with a chuckle, Fiona giggling again and hugged him as she started to sway side to side, catching him slightly off guard before wrapping his arms around her and swayed with her, a song much calmer than the others that night.
"I love you, my phoenix." Nightmarionne whispers to her, pressing a kiss atop her head, and she looked up at him to peck at his lips at her tippy toes.
"Love you too, my fantasy." she smiled back, and giggled as she let him nuzzle his nose in her hair.
