No ones POV:

Alexa jumped over the fence and smiled. "Hello!" Kate didn't seem convinced. "What were you doing?" She stepped closer, carefully.

"Oh, just... enjoying the fresh air!" Alexa struggled. Something felt different. She struggled to hide her feelings from this which was un-usual. Usually she could just easily smile through the pain everytime and no one would question it.

"Uh-huh..." The girl stepped closer, her dark brown hair blowing in the wind. Kate inspected the girl. Her eyes were golden and sparkly but red from the tears. "Without shoes and a hat on?" Kate questioned her.

"Uhm, yeah! Just thought that it would be fun!" Alexa put on a cheerful smile. Kate looked her in the eyes. Kate usually wasn't one to care for others.

"I've never seen you around here, are you new?" Alexa asked Kate. "Yes. Now, lets go. Its going to rain." Kate turned around and began to walk out the doors. "Wait up!" Alexa grabbed all her stuff (including her phone and the note) and ran after Kate.

"I'm Alexa!" Alexa finally caught up to Kate. "What's you-" Kate cut her off, "I'm not interested in being friends, especially not you." (Shinsou Reference) She walked ahead a little bit. "Oh c'mon! Dont be like that! Everyone needs friends!"

"You don't need friends to be succesful, you'll only slow me down." Kate walked into her dorm room. Alexa tried to walk forwards but Kate slammed the door in her face. Kate heard a faint, "Ow..." from the other side of the door. Kate felt a little guilty but why? Why did she feel guilty?

Just give up already, she doesn't wanna be your friend.

'I know, but its been so long since we got a new student! Maybe I actually have a chance at having a friend!' Alexa thought while lying down on her bed in her dorm next door.

She attempted to push away her feelings but to no avail. She just put her headphones in and listened to music. Drowning out the rest of the world.

After about an hour she walked into the bathroom and grabbed a blade. She looked at the scars from previous cuts and slid the blade over them, going deeper and deeper everytime. After she had cut her arms she moved down to her thighs.

When she was done she wrapped them up and covered herself so you couldn't see the bandages. She put on an oversized purple sweater and baggy pants. Maybe I could get a snack so I don't seem suspicious to my classmates, she thought.

Alexa walked down the stairs from her dorm to the kitchen. She quickly grabbed a banana and sat down on the couch. She winced in pain.

Kate walked past her and took a juice box. She came over to the couch and sat next to Alexa. The bandages on Alexa arms were peaking out of her sweater the slightest little bit. Kate noticed and asked her about it.

Alexa panicked, why though? Usually she can just cover it up with ease. "Uh- well-" She stuttered.

'Wait, why should I care?' Kate thought to herself. 'She does seem a bit suspicious though.' She leaned forwards to grab her arm. Alexa panicked and pulled away.

"Uh- I- Uhm-" Alexa struggled to speak. She tried to get up but instead tripped up. She clenched her eyes. 'Huh?' Alexa opened her eyes.

Kate was caught her in a dip position. Kate's left hand was on Alexa's waist, her right hand was holding Alexa's hand in the air and Alexa was dipped diagnally. Alexa turned all kind of red before stumbling to her feet again. "S-sorry about that!" Alexa ran out of the dorm building, her blonde hair blowing with the wind.
