Brook's Pov

Rick came back with Darryl and I smile seeing them ,I was sitting on a log and was trying to take care of Carl, as I was finishing the book I had and Carl wanted to see what I was reading, I knew that Shane went to sleep as he was laying across the log and I smile keeping them safe by me when Darryl and Rick came back ,Rick already noticed me looking after Carl and not wanting to wake up Shane, he chuckles at says to me whispering "hey you all right with them two ? "I nod and wispered"yea they have been fine, nothing unusual " Rick nod and says" hey tomorrow can you go ascavanging with Shane for me since your more close " i nod and I smile at carl and say " kid , I'll tell you a bed time story tonight ok ?" He nods and rick smile and says to me "your we realy good at taking care of kids why don't you and Shane get a kid , I mean at least carl would have a friend " i giggle and say "eventually but not now rick , I love Shane but I don't want to tell him yet " rick nods and says "well you guys do look great together " i laugh "says the one who's wife cheated on him with someone who now is probably a walker " rick said "don't go there " i laughed at bit " already did" punched me lightly and said "I'm gonna head to sleep "i nod and stay with shane eventualy it gets cold I wake Shane up "Shane, Shane, get up its getting cold "he nods and I smile at him , I give him one of my coats and we both head into the house we stayed in the greene farm as they gave us all rooms which was nice of them ,I had to sleep with either Shane or rick ,I dicided Shane since I was the closest to him and I liked him more then rick did as a friend , so I spent the night with shane ....
