Amelia's P.O.V.
As we reached into the house London went to her room.I wanted to go after her put I know she needed time so I decided against it.
***3 hours later***
My phone started to ring and when I answered u was greeted with River's voice.
"So do you know the girl and the baby from in the park?"he asked.
"yeah"I replied but he did not ask any further questions about the subject.
"Umm,could I ask you a question ?" He asked with uneasiness in his voice.
I told him to go ahead and he said"wouldyouliketogoonadatewithme"he said all in one breath.
"Here's the thing I failed Spanish and French so would you translate that to English"I replied sarcasticly.
He sighed and said"would you like to go on a date with me "he asked his voice full of hopefulness.
"Yes yes yes"I said answering his question
He let out a shaky breath and I could practically hear the smirk in his voice when he said"that was so easy".
"Yeah as easy as easy as a conjurer swallowing a poker"I replied rolling my eyes although he could not see me.
"But I must say I never took you for the nervous type"I told him smugly.
"Yeah I did not know you could make me so nervous"he told he.
"So what day?" I answered hoping he would say tommorow but instead he said"what day?what I you speaking about".
"Clearly you only passed French and Spanish, I was speaking about our date?"I told him I a 'duh' tone .
"Oh,I knew that I was just testing you to see if you still remember and how does tommorow around 6pm sound"he asked after attempting to cover his tracks.
"Sure sounds Like a plan"I told him and we talked for about one hour again with few witty comments here and there.
"Bye"I said and pressed the end call button after I heard Navaeh crying she must be hungry..
Then I remembered what happened earlier today and though of London.
I will make sure to ask what happened with that guy tommorow.
