I woke up took a shower and got dressed as today was Monday and I had to be at work and London had to be at school.
I got dressed in a jogger white crop top and a white converse.I put my hair into a neat bun and went to change Navaeh to take her to the day care.I put a pink and white polka dot dress on her and a knitted hot pink converse.
I held her and went downstairs where I made my breakfast and a bottle of tea for her.I fed the tea to her and picked up her packed bag for the daycare.London had already left for school an hour ago and it was now 9 o'clock and I had to be at work for half nine so I left.
Where I lived was not far from the daycare so on my way to work I would drop Navaeh on my way to work which was walking distance.
I worked as a sales clerk at Forever 21 in the mall.Sometimes I would earn extra money by cashing when the casher was sick and get paid for overtime.The only disadvantage of working overtime is Navaeh staying at the daycare.Sometimes London would pick her up but other times u would run late.
As I reached the daycare I put Navaeh's bag down and kissed her after handing her over to the care taker.
I walked to work and reached 15 minutes early deciding that I would walk around a little I went to Victoria's Secret.I picked up a few bras and paid for it.I was on my way to the store when my phone started to ring blasting out teach me how to dougie my ring tone for Jake .
When I answered he asked"where is my favourite girl in the world"he asked
"I am at work"I replied
"I meant Navaeh hence the word 'favourite'" he replied teasingly and I could see him wearing his signature smirk.
"Hey you've lucky I'm not close to you."I told him half jokingly.
He chuckled in the other end knowing that he would receive a smack in his head if I was near him.
"So where is she"he asked seriously.
"She's in the daycare"I told him while walking to forever 21.
"She could have stayed with me"he said with a hint of annoyance.
"Well you can go to the daycare and take her" I told him.
"Like totes I'm going right now"he said in a high pitched girly voice.
I had a full blown laughter then he hung up and I started my job.
*2 hours later*
I received a text:

R-river
R-hey beautiful
A smile took over my lips as I read the message and immediately knew who it was.
A-hi
R-what are you doing
A-working‚what about you
R-I was coming to see you but I guess I have to change my plans
A-where are you
R-in the mall
A-i work at the mall
R-which store
A-forever 21
He did not reply after that.The next person to walk into the store shocked me it was my my boyfriend from high school .We broke up because he cheated on me with my best friend.
He walked up to me with a smirk and
Kissed me.I quickly pulled back.
"What are you do-"an angry voice cut my sentence.
"Oh I did not know forever 21 is a store to buy kisses from other guys."River said in agony.
Then he walked out of the store before I could explain myself.A tear slid down my cheek and Luke (high school boyfriend)but I hit His hand away.
"Don't touch me.You just messed up something that made me truly happy after Reece and my daughter.I hate you.
With that he walked out.
***6 hours later***
I reached home and Jake was on the chair with Navaeh and he said London was in her room.
He said that he wanted to speak to me but I told him tomorrow.
He took Navaeh to bed because she was asleep.
I took a shower and changed.I went down stairs ate dinner and Jake kissed me on the cheek and went to his room.
I went to my room I called River and he picked up.
R-what do you want.
He asked in a bored tone.
A-please let me explain.
I explained the entire thing to him and ended with a sigh.
R-i am sorry I assumed you were cheating on me.
A-its okay
I said feeling relieved knowing that we were on good terms again.
R-i umm I
He stuttered
A-spit it out
R-it might seem like I am rushing but I really like you and I would like you too meet my parents.
A-okay
R-really
He asked unsure
A-yeah but when
R-when are you free.
A-Friday
R-alright I I'll pick you up at 9am.you could bring navaeh.
A-okay bye
R-goodnight baby.
He hung up and my heart swelled when he called me baby.
I drifted into sleep thinking about him.
Jake's p.o.v.
I really love my sisters but Amelia in particular because we have a greater understanding and we are closer mainly because if our age and we grew even closer during her pregnancy with all the burdens and obstacles she faced.
I love her and I would do anything for her but I think she is dating River for all the wrong reasons.
When she is around him you could see she is genuinely happy but he reminds me so much of Reece his statue‚facial features and some of the things he say reminds me of Reece.
I guess I would have to talk to her about this in the morning.
