My Love Is Our Love (Damon FF)

Prologue

My twin sister and I have been running for a long time. Well, more or less she has been running and I'm the one who needs to keep up with her. We have always been close. I was always there for her and she was always there for me too. Did you know, I was the only person other than her, that wanted to keep the  baby? Even when our parents didn't want to keep it, I did. Meaning if she's running from someone I am too.

In 1864 my sister and I moved to Mysticfalls. Then, when I first saw a curtain Salvatore brother (obviously I mean Damon), it was like my whole world got brighter. I instantly fell for him. After a few weeks of staying with him and his brother, Damon asked me to the founders ball. I was exited and I bragged to my sister about it, and at the time I thought she was happy for me... but she got jealous. She decided she wanted to have both Salvatore brothers and I was stuck in the cross fire.

My sister Katerina compelled Damon to forget about his feelings for me and to break up with me. When he broke up with me I was shattered. I had no idea that Katerina was behind it so I talked to her about it. She did feel guilty for doing that to me her own twin sister but she never brung it up.

When the church went up on fire Katerina and I where already on our way out of Mysticfalls. No one knew that we weren't there.. we wanted them to think we were dead. But when Damon became a vampire he realized that Katerina messes with his mind and that he still loved me, but by the time he figured it out it was too late.

Fast forward around 145 years, Katerina and I lost each other and I was on my way back to Mysticfalls from New York. I wanted to go back and see the place I once called home.
